Search Navigator

Search Navigator box: This is added to Navigator header to search for model numbers, SKU numbers, serial numbers, tracking numbers, sales order numbers, purchase orders, Selection Navigator project names and numbers, Ansul project names, application names, documents, and warranty information. Using the new search feature will bring back results in either the Your Items section and/or in the General Results Items.

You can collapse or expand the search bar. “My Account” now has the drop down options that used to appear when clicking the user name.

Filter based on Category: You can Search across all or any of the options in the dropdown arrow displaying in screenshot here:

Your Items Section: o Shipments – Search using a tracking number. Clicking on the Order Number in this card

will open a new tab to the Order Details page in Order Navigator. From here, the user can see additional tracking details. You can filter based on the Shipment Status and Scheduled Deliver Date. Click “Reset All” to clear your filter. See Screenshot here for the Shipments tab.

o Warranty – Search using a serial number. The results will show the warranty status of the serial number. In a future release, a link to the new Warranty app will be available to see additional warranty details.

o Projects Selection Navigator Projects - Search using Project Name or Project Number to

get results on the Projects Tab. Clicking on the Project Name in the card will open a new tab to the Project Information page. Sort by Project Name, Project Number, Project Owner, Customer Account, Status or Filter by Project Status or Modified Date. Click “Reset All” to clear your filter.

Ansul Projects – Search using Project Name or PO/Quote no. to get results on the Projects Tab. Clicking on the Project name in the card will open a new tab to the Project list page. Filter by Required Date or Sort By Project Name, Approved By, Prepared By, Required Date or Modified Date. Click “Reset All” to clear your filter.

o Orders (Order Navigator) – Search using Order Number, PO Number, or Sales Order Number and the results shows up on the Orders Tab. Clicking on the Order Number in the card will open a new tab to the Order Details page. You can filter based on Store, Order Status and Delivery date. Click “Reset All” to clear your filter.

General Results: o Products (Order Navigator) – Search using SKU or Part/Model No. to get results in the

General Results Section. This will show the Image (when available), Description, List and New Price, Quantity Available, and Lead Time. Clicking on the Product Number will open a new tab to the Order Navigator Product Detail Page. Filters on the left show the Products/Parts Category. You can filter on these and Click “Reset All” to clear the Selection.

o Products (Offering Catalog) – Search using SKU, Model No., or Product Name to get results in the General Results Section. This will show the Image (when available), Description, List and New Price, Quantity Available and Lead Time. Clicking on the Product Number will open a new tab to the Offerings Catalog. Filters on the left show the Products/Parts Category. You can filter on these and Click “Reset All” to clear the Selection.

o Parts (Smart Search) – Search using full Serial Numbers displays results on the General Results Section. This will show Part No., Description, and Quantity Available. Clicking on the Part No. will open a new tab to the Product Detail Page and Clicking on the View Parts in Smart Search Application link will open a new tab to the pre- searched Serial Number on the Smart Search Application. If the user does not have access to Storefront, the part is not available for purchase, or is available in multiple storefronts, then the part number will be grey and not clickable. If it is available in multiple storefronts, then a link will show for each storefront the part is available in. Filters on the left show the Products/Parts Category. You can filter on these and Click “Reset All” to clear the Selection.

o Documents (OC and Ansul) - Search using Document Name to get results in the General Results Section. This will show the Document Name, Breadcrumb, Description and Document Type. Clicking on the Document Name will open a new tab to the Document. Filters on the left show the Document Category. You can filter on these and Click “Reset All” to clear the Selection.

o Applications – Search using the Application name or keywords tied to the Application to get results on the General Results Section. Clicking on the Application Name will open a new tab to the Application. Filters on the left show the Application. You can filter on these and Click “Reset All” to clear the Selection.

o Trainings & Help: Search using document titles or keywords in the description and get results on the General Results Section. Training title, Description and Media type shows up in the results section. Clicking on the Title will open a new tab to the Training video or document. Filters on the left show the Categories. You can filter on these and Click “Reset All” to clear the Selection.
