Tillamook County Board of Commissioners by the Tillamook County.

Director of Public Works; and

desires to drain the surface water from the southerly portion otljWHEREAS;

the Tillamook County Public Works Department, '

Forth Street in Netarts over privately owned property; and

WHEREAS; the two attached deeds, granting drainage

easements, have been received from the private property owners,

said deeds being further described as follows:i!i

A deed dated January 5, 1987, from Conrad and Dianne Roub toTillamook County, granting a drainage easement over a parceiof land south of Block 1 of the "Netarts" subdivision; said:parcel being described in a deed ~ecorded in the Tillamook I

County Clerk deed records in Deed Book 298, page 730.

A deed dated January 6, 1987. from LaRue and Wilma Smith to:Tillamook County, granting a drainage easement over a parcelof land south of Block 4 of the "Netarts" subdivision; said:parcel being described in a deed recorded in the TillamookCounty Clerk deed records in Deed Book 184, page 578.

AND WHEREAS; the Tillamook County Board of

,If at any time the County determines! that the road, or anysegment thereof, is no longer needed, the easement traversedthereby shall terminate. In the event of such det~I~ination, thecounty shall furnish to the Grantor, its successors or assigns, ~.
