1.Apple

An apple is the best medicine for curing stomach upset. It is recommendable to eat an apple with its skin because it contains high amount of cellulose, which is an insoluble fiber. Apples are rich in fiber, which adds bulk to the stool thus relieving constipation. Daily consumption of apples make you feel satiable. It contains also both soluble and insoluble fiber, which helps things in your digestive track move faster. Other properties include vitamin C, vitamin A, folate, minerals, potassium and phosphorous which lowers constipation.

2.Avocados

Avocado is among the fruits, which are loaded with fiber this is why avocados are easy to be digested. Then monounsaturated fats in avocado helps to make the gall bladder and the pancreas working properly.
