The right elbow is tucked in
The grip is correct-v’s pointing at right chin if at address
Left leg bent over left foot
Hips turning
Bent at waist
Shoulders have not released too soon

But there is a problem
The player has pushed off of the right foot too quickly
This will result in a reverse weight shift and the player will hit the ball off of their right foot and swing the stick to the left.
The right knee needs to bend into the ball as well.

Position the ball in the correct position relative to the foot you will shoot off of
This only works if you have time and space
This can be used in the mid field and the back
