Cheryl M%"ougall, on )ehalf of the Friends of Morris <iew, $resented aletter to the Board %on%erning the retirement of Fran (into, "ire%tor of3uman Ser#i%es& Ms& M%"ougall said that she dee$ly regrets that Mr& (into islea#ing Morris County& Morris County is losing a gem and so is Morris <iew&

"en#ille Townshi$ Mayor, Tom Andes, than ed the Board for ha#ingmeetings with the Mayors earlier in the year and for $a#ing all of "iamondS$ring 1oad& 1egarding Morris County S%hool of Te%hnology, he than ed theBoard for meeting regarding the $ar ing issues at the s%hool& Enfortunately,the s%hool is in lowlands, and there is a stream running through theneigh)orhood& The $ar ing situation, smo ing and trash were so )ad onThom$son 1oad that the residents as ed what the townshi$ %ould do& Thetownshi$ sent the neigh)orhood a sur#ey& Twel#e of fourteen residents as edfor $ar ing restri%tions on their )lo% & As a result, "en#ille Townshi$$assed an ordinan%e whi%h for)ids $ar ing on Thom$son 1oad& 6ther $eo$le %amefrom neigh)oring streets and they, too, wanted $ar ing restri%tions on theirstreets& Mayor Andes feels these ty$es of issues will %ontinue unlesssomething is done&

Mr& Bonnani said that S%ott Moffitt, Su$erintendent of Morris CountyS%hool of Te%hnology, indi%ated that he would )e e:$loring the south sidewhi%h might $i% u$ 0 $ar ing s$ots and said that this issue %an )e dis%ussedat an u$%oming Fa%ilities 1e#iew Committee meeting& "ire%tor Mastrangelo saidwe will loo into these $ar ing issues and the $ossi)ility of $a#ing

additional areas&

John Bartolotta, "en#ille resident, li#es on the street dire%tly )ehind<oTe%h& 3e said that he and his wife wrote a letter offering the s%hool 00s.uare feet of their $ro$erty& The s%hool did not want to address this issueat that time& The $ast %ou$le of days Mr& Bartolotta too some $hotogra$hs,showing the issues su%h as a $ar ed s%hool )us and trash littered on thestreets& Mr& Bartolotta a$$re%iates anything the Board %an do to assist thetown with this matter&

(aul Al)anese, Morris Townshi$ resident, said there is an issue that isendangering Morris County residents and that is illegal immigration& "ire%torMastrangelo said that the County is guided )y the federal and State laws, andhe suggested that Mr& Al)anese write to his Congressman&
