Application Instructions:

1. Clean and dry area(s) of the body on which you plan to apply PowerStrips.2. Peel off the small portion of the backing and apply the adhesive side onto the desired area of the body.3. Remove the larger piece of the backing and press gently to adhere remaining portion onto skin. Smooth out any wrinkles or air pockets.4. To remove, gently peel off and discard.
