Frequency: Earn this bonus every time* your new Member places an order within their first four commission periods.

What makes us different?FGXpress designates certain packs that are available only to new Members during their first four commission periods. These packs are designed to pay out the full 62% of commissionable volume plus another 25% for the FastStart bonus, ensuring an 87% payout on commissionable volume from all orders made by new Members within their first four commission periods.

X-TRIBE BONUSQualifying for the X-Tribe Bonus is the best first step you can take toward earning the maximum amount in the FGXpress compensation plan. It was designed so that when earned, it satisfies the amount required for your personal qualification.

Action: Simply help a minimum of four Personally Enrolled Members (PEMs) enlist on your first level. Then, help your PEMs also enlist more Members so the total commissionable volume on your first two levels is 1000 QV/CV (with a maximum of 100 QV/CV per Member) within the same four periods.

Bonus: $200 USD or $100 USD, depending on personal requirements.

Personal Requirements: 100 QV/CV to earn $200 USD or 50 QV/CV to earn $100 USD.

Frequency: This bonus can be earned once every four periods.

Action: Enlist a minimum of five PEMs on your first level who each have an order of 100 QV/CV, and help them enlist a minimum of five additional Members who also each have an order of 100 QV/CV so that you have a total of 1000 group volume on your first two levels. Quick tip: Enlist five new Members and help each new Member enlist at least one new Member.

Bonus: $200 USD X-Tribe Bonus + $200 USD for the FastTrack X-Tribe Bonus for a total of $400 USD!

TEAM BONUSAction: Build your Placement Tree legs. The beauty of a two-legged Placement Tree is how fast it can grow!

Bonus: Earn 8% to 12% of your total small leg commissionable volume.

Personal Requirements: • 100 QV/CV to earn 12%, or 50 QV/CV to earn 8%• Have at least one active PEM in your left leg, and one active

PEM in your right leg• A minimum total of 500 QV/CV on your small leg for the period

Frequency: Earn this bonus every period you qualify!

What makes us different?ForeverGreen pays up to 12% on your smaller leg commissionable volume. This bonus has a weekly maximum payout of $20,000 USD. Any unpaid volume on your smaller leg will roll to the next period.

EXAMPLE:This period, you are active with 100 OV.

Your left leg has 10,000 OV, and your right leg has 12,000 OV.

You have at least one active PEM in each leg.

Your Team Bonus for this period will be 12% of your smaller leg.

10,000 OV X 12% = $1,200 USD

Then, the right leg will begin the new week with 2,000 OV, which was the difference between the two legs before paying the Team Bonus.

MATCHING BONUSAction: Develop leadership within your Enrollment Tree.

Bonus: Earn a percentage of the Team Bonuses earned by your PEMs on your first, second, third, and fourth compressed levels.

Personal Requirements: Rank of 2-Star or higher.

Frequency: Earn this bonus every period that you and your PEMs meet the qualifications. There is no limit to the number of PEMs in each level on whom you can earn a Matching Bonus! However, your Matching Bonus cannot exceed your smaller leg’s volume.

What makes us different?The Matching Bonus is a pool. Every week, based on sales, ForeverGreen will pay out 25% on the FastStart Bonus and up to 62% on all other bonuses. The system first calculates what is owed on the FastStart, X-Tribe, FastTrack X-Tribe, Rank Cash and Team bonuses and pays them. All amounts not paid out will become part of the Matching Bonus Pool. The amount you earn in the Matching Bonus Pool is dependent upon your rank and the Team Bonus(es) earned by your PEMs.

HOW DOES IT WORK?Depending on your rank, you can earn a percentage of your PEMs’ Team Bonus(es). All shares you receive will be added up to determine the value of the Matching Bonus for you in the current period. The actual payout amount will vary period to period.

On top of this, we also apply dynamic compression to the Matching Bonus! With this added benefit, qualifiers receive even more shares of the Matching Bonus Pool.

EXAMPLE:You enroll Member A. In a given period, Member A earns $1,000 USD on the Team Bonus, and your rank qualifies you for up to a 50% Matching Bonus. In this case, your number of shares in the Matching Bonus Pool would be 500.

THE BASICSHOW OFTEN ARE COMMISSIONS CALCULATED AND PAID?

WE PAY WEEKLY!Commissions are processed weekly at the end of every seven-day period. Each period begins on Tuesday at 12:00 a.m. U.S. Mountain Time, and ends on Monday at 11:59 p.m. U.S. Mountain Time.

Commission calculations are finalized and posted the Friday following the close of the period. Payments are made early the following week; 5 to 7 business days following the end of the commission period, or 1 to 3 business days after commissions are posted, depending on your selected payment method (as determined in your web office account settings).

THE BASICSHOW DO I EARN MONEYWITH FGXPRESS?

To stay qualified to earn bonuses in the FGXpress compensation plan, you must be active by having an active order of at least 50 QV/CV at all times. However, you have the potential to earn more if you remain qualified at 100 QV/CV.

THE BASICSWHAT IS AUTOSHIP?

Autoship is a recurring order program that ensures you receive your favorite products automatically every four periods. Having an active Autoship on file also makes you eligible to purchase certain products at special discount Family Pricing. Your Autoship order can be modified or cancelled anytime.

THE BASICSENROLLMENT LEG/TREE

This is the group of Members whom you have personally enrolled and are your “first level”. Their personally enrolled Members then become your second level, and so on. There is no limit to the number of Members you can have in your enrollment tree. Personally enrolled Members are often referred to as “PEMs”.

PLACEMENT LEG/TREE

All your Enrollment Tree Members are also placed into a two-legged or binary tree structure for team support and commission calculation purposes. Your personally enrolled Members, as well as their personally enrolled Members and potentially personally enrolled Members of your Enroller or upline Members, will be organized into two groups, or legs, in the Placement Tree. Each leg is referred to as your “left” or “right” leg. The larger of the two is your “big” or “power” leg, and the smaller is your “small” or “lesser” leg. The small leg will also be known as your “pay” leg.

THE BASICSCARRYOVER

Every time a team bonus is paid it’s based on small leg volume. The next period will begin with zero points on the small leg. The difference between the big leg and the small leg volume will be carried over as part of the big leg’s volume for the new period. Failing to maintain a minimum personal active order of 50 QV/CV or more cancels the carryover and both legs will start the new period with zero points. Carryover volume is limited to no more than 500 QV/CV. The limit only applies if both of your legs do not include an active Personally Enrolled Member.
