IntheEaglesfirstDivisionIseason,Smeskoledthewomen’sbasketballteamtoasecondplacefinishintheA-Sunwitha13-3record.TheywerethefifthbestoffensiveteamintheA-Sunaswellasthesecondbestdefense.Theyweresecondinfreethrowpercentageandthirdinfieldgoalpercentage.TheEagleslosttoUFinthesecondroundoftheWNITandfinishedthe2007-08seasonwithanoverallrecordof22-8.
