Bidders should have the experience of large scale in-house printing ofpublications, catalogue, portfolio, big size reproductions, greeting cards, etc.,by Offset Printing Process, Binding and packing in government / public sectorundertakings.

The intending tenderer must have financial turnover amounting to minimumRs. 5,00,00,000/-(Rupees Five Crores Only) per annum during the last threeconsecutive Financial Years endjng 2015. tt should be dulv audited andcertified by a registered Chartered Accounranr.

Therefore the printing work of NGMAbeing of international standards requires world class quality of printing andtime bound execution even in utmost adverse circumstances. Therefore, thefirms/agencies must have suitable infrastructure to print and deliver as oerNGMA quality norms. tow quality and sub standard printing wi be out rightlyrejected at Agency/Firm cost and the Agency/Firm can be black listed. Nocompensation will be paid for the rejected material.

(a) The agencies/firms should have been empanelled with Directorate ofPrinting / DAVP in the Class'A'category. proof of such registerationmay be enclosed with Technical Bio.

It should have been registered with the Government authoritiesconcerned and a copy of each of the registrations shall be attachedwith the bid.

It should have PAN/TAN/TIN / service tax n{rmber as required underrelevant Rules. Necessary documents in this regard may be attachedwith the bid.

It should not have been black listed by any Government Organization.

The intending tenderer must have financial turnover amounting tomanimum Rs.5,00,00,000/-(Rupees Five Crores Only) per annumduring the last three consecutive Financial years ending 2015. ltshould be duly audited and certified by a registered CharteredAccountant,

GENERALTERMS & CONDITIONS

1. The tenderer shall certify and sign on each and every page of tenderdocument including Terms & Conditions (Annexure-t) at the bottom left handcorner and also will sign wherever required in the tender document with sealof the firm/agency.

2. The conditional bids shall not be considered and will be out rightly rejected invery first instance.

3. This office reserves the right to award the contract or part thereof to one ormore tenderers whose rate may not nectssarily be the lowest. The decision ofDirector, NGMA, New Delhi in this regard shall be finaland binding.

4. Director, NGMA, reserves the right to increase or decrease the quantities atany point of time depending upon the exigencies.

The printer shall take every care to see that no part of the work falls intounauthorized hands. The work should be executed in security condjtions. Allproofs, trial copies, spare copies, copies printed in excess or copies otherwise

The Printer shall have PAN /TAN /TlN /Service Tax number as required underrelevant Rules. Necessary documents in thjs regard may be attached with thebid.

The images of Art works, text etc., for printing would be supplied by NGMA.

The Printer shall have to few published samples of Articles / materialspublished during the last three years for any reputed Museums of standing /Govt. Organisatjon / PSUs.

Rates quoted should be exlusive ofTaxes and levies.

Taxes and levies as applicable shall be indicated separatelV.

16. The rates quoted shall remain valid atleast for a period of one from the dateof award of work.

17. The rates quoted should be all inclusive including charges for colourcorrections / scanning, provisions for preparation of EPSON / diBital proof andsubmission of machine proof for approval before final printing, packing anddelivery of consignment at the premises of NGMA, New Delhi.

The Printer should not assign or sublet the contract or any part thereofwithout first having obtained permission in writing of the Director (NGMA)
