‘Tis the Season

To make reservations for any of our listed events or simply to pre-book into one of our enticing dining options (including Indigo on the Beach, East, Ottimo!, Jetty Grill), please contact the Food and Beverage office at extension 4182 or enquire at Reception.

During the festive season, enjoy a private dinner on the jetty or on the beach, with a range of delectable menus. Alternatively, we can arrange a private barbeque on the beach with your own personal chef. All private dining reservations must be made through the Concierge, extension 4189. A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required (events not available on 25th, 26th & 31st December 2018).

For last minute festive gifts, visit one of our retail outlets, including the stylish Bay Boutique, the Gift Shop and the Carlisle Cabanas on the beach to see their choice of carefully selected luxury beachwear and exclusive designs. Alternatively, treat someone special with a gift voucher from the Blue Spa, extension 4126 and allow our experienced therapists to instil a deep sense of wellbeing.

All prices are in US Dollars and are subject to 10% service charge and 12.5% government tax.

Festive week in the Bay

Friday 21st December

5:45-6:45pm Manager’s Cocktail Party - Mingle with other guests and hotel managers for a cocktail or two while you enjoy the Island Rhythms of a local Steel Band.

Saturday 22nd December

6-7pm Artisan Cheese and Wine Pairing Event – fantastic opportunity to enjoy the poetry of different styles of cheeses paired with a legendary European wine selection.

3courses + 3 wines = US$49++/pers

7-9pm Your dining experience begins to a soothing Lounge Night, Jermaine George on Piano at Pavilion. East, Indigo on the Beach, & Jetty Grill restaurants offer their classic menus, along with specific food and wine pairing menus.

Sunday 23rd December

6-7pm An evening of fashion showcased in the Pavilion, experience the elegant designs on offer in the Bay Boutique, whilst sipping on a cocktail and listening to our in-house DJ.

7-9pm East, Indigo on the Beach, & Ottimo! restaurants offer their classic á la carte menus.

6-7pm A unique evening of Caribbean Carolling at the Pavilion with festive drinks and canapés on offer.

7-9pm A sumptuous Festive BBQ dinner served at Indigo on the Beach with live music from 365 Band. US$75++/pers (50% Off for kids 3-12yrs old)

7-9pm East will be serving a traditional Asian á la carte menu.

Tuesday 25th December

6pm Treat your taste buds to a traditional 3-course Festive Dinner at Indigo on the Beach, while listening to the sounds of Final Drive Band.

US$120 per person 50% off for children 3–12 years old.

6pm At East an “Asian Family Style Meal” will be offered.

6.30-9pm We welcome adults only to enjoy The Jetty Grill’s classic menu

Wednesday 26th December

6pm East and Indigo on the Beach will offer their classic á la carte menus.

6.30pm The Jetty Grill will offer its fresh grill options and buffet with live steel orchestra.

9-11pm Late Night Rum Flight at the Jetty Grill with live performances from local limbo dancers and fire eaters. 35$++/pers

3-4pm Antigua Rainforest Zipline Tour (offered for children over the age of 4). (US$59-89 per child)

Friday 28th December

6.30-9pm All children aged 4-12 are invited to Pizza & Movie night. (US$20 per child)

Saturday 29th December

10-11am Watersports Splash – enjoy sailing, kayaking and trips around the bay on the doughnut.

Sunday 30th December

4.30-5.30pm Tennis Tournament – round robin knock out tournament.

Monday 31st December – New Year’s Eve

2-4pm Cool Kids Club: New Year’s Eve Party.

5-6.30pm Complimentary High Tea for children at Tennis Court adjacent to Cool Kids Club.

8pm Kids Movie & Popcorn in the screening room. (US$10 per child)

Children’s Christmas & New Year

Saturday 22nd December

10-11am Scavenger Hunt at the Cool Kids Club, linking clues with local knowledge for a better understanding of the island of Antigua and Caribbean culture.

Sunday 23rd December

2.30-3.30pm Experience the “Candy Shop” at the Cool Kids Club, decorating Gingerbread Men, followed by building a Gingerbread House display.

Monday 24th December – Christmas Eve

2-4pm Cool Kids Club – Christmas Eve Party for our younger guests.

6-7pm A unique evening of Caribbean Christmas Carolling at the Pavilion with festive drinks and canapés on offer.

Tuesday 25th December – Christmas Day

9am Fun on the Beach with children’s games, clowns and face painting.

10.30am Christmas Day Parade with Mr and Mrs Claus, Elves, The Grinch and much more.

11am Santa Claus will arrive at the Coconut Grove to deliver gifts to all the children.

12am Snow Cone Station at Coconut Grove.

Wednesday 26th December – Boxing Day

6.30-9pm Pyjama party at the Cool Kids Club. (US$20 per child)
