Steel PalisadeSteel Palisade gives a physical and visible deter-rent against vandalism and intruders.It is manu-factured from hot rolled mild steel strip, set vertically and fixed to horizontal cross rails of steel angle from top and bottom. Palisade fencing is easy to assemble and once assembled, offers a security system that is robust, long lasting and easily repairable. All palisade components are supplied hot dip galvanised to give long term weather resistance. Palisade is the best fencing system to use on slope ground.

All steel palisade products are generally supplied hot dip Galvanised to BS729 (superseded by BS EN ISO 1461) to give long term weather resis-tance. Pales can also be supplied in a plain mild steel finish.

There is an option of a wide range of powder coating RALcolours.

Eco Profile Mesh

is a very attractive and cost effective solution. It is a visually appealing fence suitable for boundary, gener-al, anti-intruder use and keeps out unwanted visitors. The panels feature 'V' shaped beams at the top, centre and bottom, which not only enhances the appearance but also provide an integral support spanning between the posts. The panels have a large open mesh welded profile that provides integral rigidity along with an attractive appearance. The system is very easy and fast to install and integrates directly with a range of robust gates for a complete security solution.

The system offers low to medium security but it is most common fencing system being used in both public and private sector.

To achieve fence heights in excess of 2.4m the panels are designed for multi-lift erection. ie one or more panels placed above the bottom panel.

Paladin Classic

This mesh offers a unique and distinctive appearance. The fence provides a high quality design, low maintenance and long lifeby using of galvanised wire and high build bonded polyester coating. The system is ideal solution for most types of boundary and low/medium security applications.

Paladin Panels are even edged all round with additional reinforcing wires at the top and bottom with beam profiles. Sport 868 Rebound / 656 Rebound

868 Rebound is the most commonly sport fencing system in demand these days. The rigid twin 8mm wire design has additional horizontal wires in the bottom 1200mm section of a panel. These additional wires reduce the panel apertures to 50 x 66m creating a robust ‘rebound’ surface, strengthening the bottom of the panel which.The pattern can be continued throughout the full height of the panel if necessary creating a rigid wall of rebound mesh. Rebound can also be supplied in a lighter version (656 Twin mesh) but it’s highly recommend to use 868 rebound systems for sport pitches and ground.

Single Leaf Gate

Single leaf gates are generally used for pedestrian entry purpose and also known as pedestrian gates. The gates are normally 1m to 1.3m wide with various heights and matching with the fence line. The typical gate locking mechanism is a pad-lockable slide bar. Fire Escape / Panic latches can be fitted to single gates where escape routes have to be maintained. There is a choice of other locking systems. Single gates are normally operated manually but can be operated electronically.

All our gates are manufactured in house under high quality control system using modern equipment and highly skilled staff. We offer our customers different sizes and specifications to suit individual’s requirement.

All gates are hot dip galvanised BS EN ISO1461 and polyester powder coating to BS 6497 Standard in any RAL code.

Gate Contents:1x gate leaf with padlock able slide latch, 2x SHS Posts, 2x adjust-able eye bolts.

Extras: Base plated posts, padlock, lock cowl, key operated locking systems, lock able drop bolt, hydraulic door closer, gate automa-tion or any special requirement by customer.

Gate Height: All gate heights are measured from the ground to the top of the gate and will include a clearance (50mm to 100mm) at the bottom to allow the gate to open.

Gate Width: All gate widths are between the gate posts including hinges. The thickness of posts on both sides is not included in measurement.Gate Hang: All single leaf gatesare centre hang (gate hooks are between the posts) as a standard. Single leaf gateshave options ofright hang (hinges are on right hand side when looking from outside) or left hang and front or back hang to obtain 180 degree swing.

Double Leaf GateDouble swing gates are post mounted entry system connected with adjustable hinges. Thesegates are cost affective and easy to install. Swing gates are manufactured to match any fence type or decorative in-fill. Foldable gates can also be manufactured in this system.

Sliding GatesThere are two types of sliding gates: Ground track sliding gate - Cantilever sliding gate.

This gate system opens along the fence line or wall and a popular choice for most sites, car parks, commercial properties and domestic properties. Sliding gate is an ideal security solution when restricting access to a wider road width.

Cantilever gate is ideal solution for the entrance where obstructions can cause prob-lems or ground is out of level.Cantilever-Sliding gates require no track or support across the roadway. Ground track sliding gate is better choice if the gate is extremely heavy.

Gates can be manufactured to match any fence system, size and colour with the option of operating manually or electrically. Automatic sliding gates are designed to withstand high flows of traffic and fluctuating environmental conditions..

Coatings: All gates are hot dip galvanised BS EN ISO1461 and polyester powder coating to BS 6497 Standard in any RAL code.

Gate Contents:Large gate leaf, 2x goal posts, cantilever or sliding wheels, nylon rollers, end stoppers.

Extras:key operated locking systems, sliding automation or any special requirement by customer, intercom system, induction loop for self-opening.

Gate Height: All gate heights are measured from the ground to the top of the gate and will include a clearanceat the bottom to allow the gate to open.

Gate Width: The gate width is the clear opening of an entrance. Counter weight of gate is extra (For example - 4m clear opening gate will be 6m long in total)

Temporary Fencing

Temporary fencing is very light weight fencing system. The most common applications are securi-ty around buildings and construction sites, barriers for the purposes of public safety or security, crowd control, venue division at large events etc.

This fencing is very easy to handle and erect. The panels are design to reuse time after time. The panels are 3450mm wide and approximately 2m high.

Terms and Conditions(c) The Buyer shall pay for the Goods within 30 days of the date of the invoice, and the company shall be entitled to recover the price even if the goods have not been delivered due to delay caused by the buyer.

(d) In the case of late payment the Buyer may acquire intereston the amount unpaid, at the rate of 4 per cent per annum above Bank of England base rate, until the payment is fully made. A part of the month will be treated as full month.

(e) If the order placed before 10th of the month, the payment will be due end of same month.

(f ) There is 2.5% charge on credit card payments.

(g) £500.00 maximum Card payments over the phone

7- Customer Drawings:

(a) Customer is responsible for providing correct and suitable drawings, information or any advice given to company.

(b) Any special requirements, specifications and standards must be provided in writing.

(c) Customers are strictly advised to study our products description before ordering the type of product. If any further information is required please contact usbefore ordering. 8-Guarantee or defects not apparent on inspection:

(a) We strongly recommend customer to check all the quantities and condition of goods before organise installation schedule.

(b) Any defects picked at the time of delivery or before install within three days should be notified in writing and not to use the goods.

(c) Defect not seen on delivery – The customer shall have no claim in respect of defects (rust, oxidation, discoloration, Coating damage etc.) unless a written complaint was made at the delivery or within three working days of delivery. The goods should not be useonce a complaint has been made, and no alteration should be made before the company is given opportunity to inspect the goods.

(d) All our products come with standard twelve (12) months guarantee. Items not manufactured by company within the guarantee period specified by the manufacturer.

(e) The company is under no liability in respect of any defect arising from regular wear and tear, negligence, abnormal working conditions, failure to follow the company’s instructions (Oral or Written), misuse or alteration or repair of the goods without t company’s permission. (f ) There is noclaim against the company of any defect in the quality or condition of the Goods or not up to the specification if the matter was not notified to the company in writing within 24 hours and confirmed within three business days from the dateof delivery or within a reasonable time after discovery of the defect. If delivery was not refused, and the company was not notified accordingly, the customer shall not be entitled to reject the goods and the company shall have no liability for such defect or failure, and the customer shall be bound to pay the price as if the goods had been delivered in accordance with the Contract.

(h) In the event of a valid claim based on a defect in the quality or condition of the goods, the company may replace the item or defected part of the item free of charge or, refund to the customer the price of the goods. Company is In such case the company shall have no further liability to the customer.The company is not liable to any further damages and losses, restating ground, time wastage, extra labour costs for replacing or removing goods or any transportation costs. Company liability is strictly with cost of goods.

9- Storage:

(a) The company can only store the goods for one week free of charge from the date buyer has informed that goods are ready for collection. Due to any delay in collection or delay in delivery by buyer, the company can only keep the goods for three months and after this time period the companyhas a full right to sell or dispose the goods.

10- Liability: The company is not liable for any incident unless personal injury caused by the company’s negligence or liability for defective products under the Consumer Protection Act 1987.

(a) Company shall not be liable to the buyer by reason of any representation, any duty at common law, loss of profit or for any indirect, consequential loss or damage, costs, expenses or any other claims for compensationwhether caused by the negligence of the company, its employees or agents.

(b) The liability of the company under or in connection with the contract shall not exceed the price of the goods.(c) The company will not be liable to the buyer for delay in performing, or any failure to perform, any of the company’s obligations in relation to the goods.

All quotations and sales (through internet, telephone, email and fax) made by the company are subject to the following terms and conditions:-

Quotations:

(a) Any quotation given by the company will only be valid for four weeks from the date it has been issued.

(b) Please provide illustrations, if possible, or state in writing if goods are not in standard sizes or specifications. Anyspecial requirementsor standardswithin the job must be provided in writing.

(c) Quotations given over the phone, email, or fax without viewing site (calculated using estimated information or on site plans) are subject to change after accurate site measurements.

1-Price:

(a) The company reserves the right to increase the price before delivery due to any factor out of our control for example increase in labour costs through government legislation, material costs, other manufacturing costs, any significant change in foreign exchange, currency regulations import duties, changing delivery date and method etc.

2-Delivery:

(a) All our prices exclude delivery charges. The buyer will need to pay for delivery costs.

(b) The buyer will be informed of any delay to delivery times, as soon as possible. Company is not liable for any extra costs due to delay in delivery caused by busy traffic, accident, incorrect/inaccurate delivery address or instructions by buyer, delays due to Carrier Company, site access etc.

(c) The company advises all our customers to check and verify all the goods before signingthe delivery note. We will not be liable for any damages or shrinkage in goods after the delivery has taken place.

(d) Due to size and weight of goods buyer is responsible for unloading at delivery site.

3-Return:

(a) In case of wrong goods ordered and need to return while goods are on truck, customer is liable to pay delivery cost and 20% restocking charge.

(b) There will be re-powder coating chargeif goods are out of packaging.

(c) Return are not accepted on custom size goods or made to order goods (For example gates, gate posts, extended or cranked posts etc)

4-VAT:

(a) All our prices are exclusive of value added tax which the Buyer is liable to pay additionally at standard prevailing rate.

5-Dimensions/Data/Technical information:

(a) The company reserves the right to change and alter dimensions of the goods within reasonable limits. All weights and dimensions quoted are subject to normal commercial tolerance.

(b) All the drawings, pictures and other information are available for customer for illustrative purpose and not part of any contract.

(c) The company reserves all rights in relation to images and other information.

(d) Products may slight variation in sizes, shapes due to buying it from different suppliers.

(e) All our products are subject to minimum tolerance in dimensions.

6-Payment:

(a) The company willbe entitled to invoice the Buyer for the goods on delivery or at any time after the company has notified the Buyer that the Goods are ready for collection or offer delivery.

(b) The Buyer is liable to pay for the goods straight away if there is no written credit agreement in place. The collection and delivery will only be organised once the full payment has been made.

Fencing Mart is now introducing Marine Grade Powder (MGP) coating for fencing and railing systems. The coating is much thicker than traditional 'Powder Coating’ provides excellent corrosion and weather resistance. It is suitable for external and internal application. As zinc prices are continuously rising, MGP skips hot dip galvanising cost and offers 10 to 15 years weather protection.

MGP coating is good impact resistance, excellent UV resistance and warm to touch. It provides good edge cover. By having these features, the coating is ideal for children play area, school products, handrails, railings, gates and mesh fence systems.

Polyester Powder CoatingAll our fencing systems are polyester powder coated to BS 6497 Standard. Panels go through alkaline and acidic cleaning process before apply powder coating of minimum100mm micron.
