Hey, friends. Doug Addison here. Welcome to another Spirit Connection podcast. God is moving on the internet right now and I’m really, really excited for what He’s doing. In fact, this is a time where the airways need to be ready and be cleansed. We have so much negativity out there on social media, on the internet, television … everything that’s broadcasting right now. There’s a lot of negativity on the airways but, I tell you, we’re about to see something happen and God’s releasing strategies from Heaven that are going to clean up the airways, and prepare us for this next revival, which I’m convinced will take place partly on the internet. And I’m excited for all that God is bringing.

So, Lord, we pray right now, open up the heavens. I pray by the power and blood of Jesus Christ that You would do this supernaturally, because there’s so much fear, there’s so much terrorism even. Even on the internet, people are afraid to go on the internet—they’re afraid of this or afraid of that—but I know that You’re the one, Lord, that wants us to take out that spirit of fear, cast out the spirit of fear and take back what has been stolen from us. Now we need to be wise, of course, if we struggle with things but, in Jesus’ name, we ask for that, Lord. Amen.

Well, you know, I’ve been in the high-tech industry for quite some time. And back in my early days in the 1990s when I was in my 30s and I had come out of a really kind of a broken past and bad lifestyle and things that I had done, but the Lord did a lot of healing for me. The first thing He did is He pulled me into high-tech and I learned web pages when HTML had just come out and I learned how to do things—pretty much Holy Spirit taught—but then He had me do this because He was preparing me. In fact, I remember being at a conference and John Paul Jackson, who is now in Heaven who later became one of my spiritual fathers who ordained me and trained me in dream interpretation … I hadn’t met him yet, but I went to a conference back in 1992 and the presence of the Lord came, and he said this to the group. We were at a conference and he said he’s only seen this a few times—that he’s not going to prophesy over anybody. And at that time, if you’ve ever gotten a word from John Paul, I mean, it

was powerful, and he said, “The spirit of prophesy’s here.” And he said, “I want you all to just kind of relax, sit back, and then get a paper and pencil, because God’s about to do something right now.” And, sure enough, I had three visions and one of them had to do with high-tech, and at the time I really wasn’t working in the high-tech field. I had been in a career that wasn’t rewarding to me, but the Lord turned it around. Within two years I was moving towards an entirely new job. I had gotten out of my previous job and started my own computer networking business at the time, which was very powerful because, if you’ve heard my story, it also trained me on how to use the prophetic in the marketplace. Now, God’s doing something right now because the airways need to be cleaned up. Years later after I worked for John Paul and I met the late seer prophet Bob Jones and traveled with him, Bob called me up in 2007 and saw me. He had a dream and he saw me cutting into the internet. It was the wires that connected computers all over the world—he didn’t know what it was—and he saw me cutting in and frustrating the plan of the enemy (this is 2007), but bringing the glory of God. Now here we are years later, I’ve been doing my Spirit Connection webcast since 2009 and I started internet training a long time ago. God is using the internet. He wants to use you. He wants to use the internet for His glory. That’s why it was created—the information super highway. He wants to bring healing. Now, this is the biggest thing here. We need to get healing of our past, the things that have happened to us, and we can use the internet for that. And God is releasing supernatural ways of doing things. I have a special guest that I’m going to bring on the broadcast. Her name is Sandra Weppler and she is an international speaker. She’s the CEO of the Canadian Christian social media broadcasting TV called The Voice of Truth, Prophetic TV, and she’s also got all kinds of other things. I tell you, I was on her show, maybe some of you saw it, and I said, do you know what? She’s got this powerful gift. She’s a Christian psychotherapist in Ontario, Canada, she’s an ordained minister as well, but she’s got … there’s just something. I heard the Lord say she has a message that she needs to get out to my followers and out to the world, as well. So, I’m really excited, because this is a divine time right now. Get ready to receive something new. Doug: Sandra, welcome to the podcast. How are you doing? Sandra: I’m doing fantastic, Doug. Thank you so much for having me. I am both

honored and excited. Doug: Yes. We had a chance ahead of time to … Well, of course, we ministered

together on her podcast or her webcast that she has, her TV show. Sandra: That’s right.

Doug: And we were just talking about it, how powerful that was. Sandra: Yes. Doug: And then I felt the Lord say to have her come on and that there was

something that needed to be released prophetically and the Lord is here. Sandra: Amen. Doug: So, why don’t you just tell us about yourself? Sandra: Yes, sure. So, I was conceived in Dubai, born in Mumbai, India, and found

Jesus when I was 19. Doug: Right. Sandra: So, at that time, Doug, you know, there were only two born again churches in

Dubai. Doug: Yes. Sandra: And, you know, I’m not a preacher’s kid and I don’t have, you know, 3rd or

4th generation lineage of pastors or apostles in my generation, but our heavenly Father chose me to change the course of history in my generation, Doug.

Doug: Yes. Sandra: You know, I am a forerunner and a warrior for Jesus, you know. And, of

course, with that, you know, as we were even talking earlier, comes a lot of warfare as, you know, I was going to be the first in my generation to break through into destiny.

Doug: Yes. Sandra: So, I received this prophetic gift right when I was 19 and 30 years later, with

the help of this very same prophetic gift that God has, you know, blessed me with, I walked out my freedom, you know, from bondage of paralyzing fear. Thirty years, you know, in this paralyzing fear …

Doug: Wow. Sandra: … and here God was—yes, God was saying to me, you know, “I’m going to

send you to nations.” You know, “You have an apostolic calling. You are the Isaiah.” You know, “You are,” you know, “like Prophet Jeremiah.” And I was

like, “Really? Because I can’t be alone on a plane or in the house or in a hotel room, God. You know, how am I going to do this?” And, you know, God called me at that time and now I’m walking out my destiny. You know, I’m called the youngest. By the way, in Canada they call me the youngest female forerunner in social media broadcasting.

Doug: Wow! How cool is that? Sandra: I know. Doug: I love that. Sandra: Yes. And I host, you know, Voice of Truth, Prophetic TV and the broadcast.

And, you know, our mandate is to unlock generational birthright of those really, you know, wanting supernatural breakthrough into their destiny. And we want to do this by helping them understand their identity of being sons and daughters, you know, of our heavenly Father and using this very, very same prophetic mantle to support them. So, everything we do, Doug, points to the Father and the Father’s heart, you know?

Doug: Yes. Sandra: Yes, and now after 30 years of warring, God has, you know, opened the door

for keynote speaking across Canada and I’ll be doing my first one in the United States. Myself and my husband—Dwayne Weppler, by the way—we both want to take the media mountain for the Lord, you know?

Doug: Come on. Yes. Sandra: Yes, spiritually with Voice of Truth, Prophetic TV, and also in the

marketplace, which Dwayne is already doing. So that’s—yes, that’s me. Doug: Yes, that’s very similar to my story, you know, as well. Sandra: Awesome. Doug: That’s why I felt connected with you … Sandra: Yes. Doug: … and I was excited to have you come on the podcast. Sandra: Yes. Yes. Yes, that’s so good. Yes, I still remember the days when I used to

say, “Oh my gosh, Doug Addison.” I used to be on your webinars, I used to

be on … You were mentoring me much before we met. You were mentoring me much before we met.

Doug: Wow. Sandra: You just didn’t know it. Doug: That’s great. I hear that a lot, because … Sandra: Yes, yes. Doug: … we’ve been doing it on the internet. Sandra: It’s so good. Doug: You know, the internet is … I tell you, it opens things up. It’s so exciting. Sandra: Yes, yes. And, I don’t know, there was something about what you used to

say and just your persona and I really think that you’re … You know, personally I have talked to a lot of people in the prophetic realm now, being on Voice of Truth, Prophetic TV and hosting Voice of Truth, Prophetic TV. But I just want to say, personally, you are one of the most authentic, authentic people I know. I really want to say that to you.

Doug: Wow. Thank you so much. Sandra: Yes. Doug: It helps to be real. I thought that a long time ago. You know, let’s just be

honest, you know, and talk about your stuff and … Sandra: Yes. Doug: Because people think that just because you’re, you’re moving in the anointing

or, you know, that you’ve got a ministry, that you don’t have any problems. That’s not the case at all.

Sandra: No, not the case at all. I can tell you, you know, people want other people’s

anointing, they want other people’s platform, but what they don’t understand is it comes with a price.

Doug: Absolutely. Sandra: Of course, but that is awesome, because God will stand behind His Word to

perform it. But there is a time of melding and, you know, where God, you

know, before He plants you, He wants to see your character and He wants to give you the capacity, so that you can sustain what He gives you. And that’s what happened with me. Because I kept say, “God, what is going on? What is going on?” And, you know, “I am in hiding. I am in hiding.” And God says, “Listen, I want to build you up to the point where I can sustain your destiny; you can sustain this.” So, a lot of people, especially first generationals who are breaking through all of this stuff of years and years and years and years … they need the prophetic. They need that supernatural eyes of, you know, of the Holy Spirit and the Lord, you know, directing them, the assistance of angels, because it’s timely. When it is a timely word like that they get supported. For the longest time I had the prophetic, but I didn’t really take it seriously in a sense in how to maneuver and get direction for my breakthrough. But this very gift that God gave me when I was 19, you know, standing in a desert place, a small desert place, you know, a three-day encounter. And that very same gift has released me, you know, with God’s support, into what I’m doing right now. It’s so important.

Doug: Wow. Now, was that in India when you had that encounter? Sandra: That was in Dubai. Doug: In Dubai. Sandra: Yes, that was in Dubai. So, I was kind of conceived in Dubai and then my

mom had me in Mumbai, because, you know, at the time Dubai was not the cosmopolitan place that it is right now.

Doug: Right. Exactly. Sandra: She felt safer having me in India. Doug: Yes. Sandra: But about 14 days later she flew me back to Dubai where, you know, my dad

and everybody was. Doug: Yes. Sandra: And then I was raised there. You know, I was raised there all along, you

know. And then one day, you know, I had a really good, strong mentor and she was from the Catholic charismatic. She came from there and she was the one who talked about Jesus. She passed away two years ago now, but I’ve had a 30-year relationship with her and so … Yes. But … And then I had this hunger, you know? I want more. “Lord, this is

not … What is happening with my life? I need more. There’s so much going on.” I saw my cousins, I saw my aunties, I saw my uncles, people dying, you know, earlier deaths, people into depression, people into mental health problems, people … and you know, and some of my family members. And I was like, “God, there has to be more,” you know. “I don’t want to end up like this. I want to … I want to give,” you know, “the enemy a run for his money.”

Doug: Right. Sandra: So, I don’t even know … Honestly, I don’t even know, you know, how and

where this has come from, but I believe that … The only thing I can say is that God has, you know, has His, had His, you know, had His hand on me, you know? I’ve had accidents where I could die, I nearly drowned, you know, I nearly went into a, you know, a 12-wheeler. A lot of things, you know, in my earlier life, even when I was in my mom’s womb. You know, my mom fell down three times on her stomach.

Doug: Wow. Sandra: She got into an actual accident where the car rolled four times and she didn’t

even know she was pregnant for me. So, yes. He tried to abort me, you know, and my destiny, but here I am, Doug.

Doug: Yes. Come on. Sandra: In one piece. Doug: This is so powerful. Sandra: Yes. Doug: I believe you got this word, because there’s so many people who have this.

You have something on your life … Sandra: Yes. Doug: … and you don’t have to necessarily just have a ministry to put it in, because

your life is a ministry. Sandra: That’s right. Doug: And He’s going to move in your life and Sandra’s going to release this over

you right now. So, let’s go.

Sandra: Amen, amen. So this is something that I put across out on Elijah List and, you know, Charisma Magazine picked it up. Matthew 25:33–34 and verse 41. “I’m about to start separating the sheep from the goats. I am beginning to train My frontliners for the year 2020, even now, by giving them 20/20 vision for their assignment, depth of perception, skills to discern the enemy and the ability to take him out with precision, and sensitivity to My now word where I can download strategies for breakthrough to take the land that I have kept for them to conquer in My Kingdom.” You see, I heard the Father say, “You see, what I hid from them were mysteries in My sovereignty as I was preparing them for an intense and major acceleration in their lives.” So, some people, you know, coming into 2019 have had a rough start, but what the Lord is saying is that this is just delay and, you know, of course the enemy’s bringing smoke screens and discouragement and stuff like that. You know, all of this started back in, you know, 10 years ago, you know, in the year of, you know, 5770, which is on the Hebrew calendar, right? It’s on the Hebrew calendar. And now this 2020 is 5780 and the number 80 symbolizes in numerical value of the Hebrew letter pey, which is symbolic of the mouth. So, it is so important right now, you know, for us to … And there is also a bet in it, so it looks, you know, like … It has to do with pregnancy, but it also has to do with eyes and the mouth, so you have to be … I feel that the Lord is saying, the Father is saying, you have to be so, so, you know, radical about keeping My eye or keeping our eyes focused on the Father and what we say. You know, this is … I feel that this is just a transformational and a transitional year, but God is getting ready to give us that destiny and breakthrough for His frontrunners. He has secret agents all across …

Doug: Yes. Sandra: … you know, the globe. Doug: Right. Sandra: … just waiting to arise. You know, things are happening, things are bubbling,

you know. So I just, I just wanted to release this word, you know, over whoever’s watching. Listen, guys, if you, you know, if you are the first generation, you know, that’s pushing through or you’re second or third, or even if you’re a pastor’s kid or even if you have an apostolic calling … I just want to say to you just, you know, push through, push through the darkness. You know, penetrate. You know, it’s not you pushing through, but it’s the resistance, because you are,

you are, you’re moving forward. You can feel, that what you’re feeling, you know, all the, all the stuff of the enemy, is you’re pushing through and taking that. That’s what I wanted to say …

Doug: Yes, yes. Sandra: … you know, to people who are listening. Doug: Right. And, listen, what she means by that first generation, you know, it

doesn’t mean that you’re the first Christian. Sandra: Yes. Doug: It could be that you’re the first one to break through to regain these gifts and

callings that you have in your life. Sandra: Absolutely. Doug: And it’s a … Sandra: Absolutely. Doug: … generational calling. Sandra: Yes. Yes. Yes. Yes, absolutely. Absolutely. You’re right on. You could be

anybody, but you’re the first one trying push through to get that birthright … Doug: Yes. Sandra: … and it is your right. It is your right. Yes. Doug: Exactly, and I kind of feel that way with … I’m taking the giftings and callings

of my spiritual fathers and mothers … Sandra: Yes. Doug: … and they’ve been around for a long time, you know, and most of them are

in Heaven now … Sandra: Yes. Doug: … but I feel like what we’re doing right now as a generation is, is … We’re

retooling that, I guess, ... Sandra: Yes.

Doug: … and upgrading it. Sandra: Yes. Doug: Everything’s an upgrade right now. Sandra: Yes. Doug: We’re upgrading those gifts … Sandra: Yes. Doug: … and callings and we’re about to birth it out ... Sandra: Yes. Doug: … into something new. Sandra: Yes, yes, yes, yes. Amen. Amen. I, I … Yes. Doug: How about more about the sheep and the goats? Did you have something

more on that? What does that mean? Sandra: Yes, I just felt like, you know, that there may be some people who are maybe

compromising, you know, maybe compromising with what God … Because of the, because of, you know, the intense, you know, attacks over their life. Or maybe they just come into discouragement, you know, helplessness and hopelessness, but God is saying that if you stand, the Father is saying if you stand your ground and you come into, you know, radical trust that leads to radical obedience, then He is faithful and He will help them to break through. You know, I mean you can’t be … I feel like some people might be standing on both boats, right, and you can’t stand on both boats. You have to make a choice and sometimes it’s difficult to make a choice like that, because you have so much coming against you that you can’t think straight and there might be other assaults. And God just wants to say, the Father wants to say, “Listen, I have your back. I’m going to go ahead of you and as you speak these words decreeing and declaring, you know, these breakthrough destiny words, you know, I’m going to send you reinforcements from Heaven. I’m not going to leave you or forsake you.” That’s what He says always. And that’s my life testimony as well, Doug. He never left or forsake me. You know, there were times I didn’t understand, I couldn’t push through. You

know, I was depressed, I was suicidal, I was lost, you know. I felt my life had no purpose, you know. I had no passion, you know. But God … As I kept pushing and pushing in perseverance, you know, persevering, you know, falling and getting up, falling and getting up. There was something that I said, “No, I’m going to have it.” We have to have some kind of a righteous anger and a spiritual stubbornness to hold on, you know, to the Word of God. And I feel like God is saying, “If you do that, then I’m going to open up My gates and tell you to come and sit at My right hand. Because you would have finished.” You know, not everyone finishes well and God is looking for that kind of, that character that finishes well.

Doug: Yes. Sandra: So that, I really feel that that’s what He was saying about the sheep and the

goats. Doug: Yes. I believe that, too, and it is a dividing line that’s going on and we can

see it in the world right now. It’s called the spirit of division. Sandra: Right. Doug: But I tell you, what you look at is, that’s the attack of the enemy and what’s it

against? It’s against unity … Sandra: Yes. Oh, yes. Doug: And we are sheep and the goats which, you know, that’s what Jesus was

always talking about, you know. And it’s not just the Christians and the non-Christians.

Sandra: That’s correct. Doug: I believe that this is the ones who are called to this time. Now Matthew 25 is

right after He talks about the end-times … Sandra: Yes. Doug: … in Matthew 24. Sandra: Yes. Doug: He gives us end-time vision …

Sandra: Yes. Doug: … and then He goes on to talk about the sheep and the goats and we kind of

put it in this box like, “Okay, we know that this is, you know …” Sandra: Yes. Doug: “… this is the rapture …” Sandra: Yes. Doug: But do you know what? This is something even deeper … Sandra: Yes. Doug: … and I really love this 20/20 vision … Sandra: Yes. Doug: … you know, that the Lord’s going to bring something new. He’s doing it right

now … Sandra: Yes. Doug: … and He’s bringing new revelation. Sandra: Yes. Yes. Doug: Now, have you had any dreams or anything that may be pointing towards

something new? Sandra: Did I have any dreams? Doug: Or words or prophetic words. Sandra: The only thing that I saw, and this was a couple of years ago, was that I was

standing on a pile of mud, you know? I was standing on a pile of mud. And as I was standing on the pile of mud, you know … And this is when He talked about 20/20 vision. I’m going to tell you, this was really strange. But I was standing on a pile of mud and the Lord … You know, and I was standing in that spot, you know, for salvation. I was crying out for souls in my dream. I was crying. I said, “Lord, give me the nations. Lord, give me …” And there was a huge … I was standing on a huge pile of mud maybe, you know, 20 stories high at least, you know, and I wasn’t scared. I was standing right on top of that and I was just crying out to the Lord. And what the Lord

showed me … Suddenly there were eyes all around, you know, where I was standing on this mud and slowly people started to emerge like Ezekiel, right? People started to emerge out of it, and they were, and they were throwing this mud off of them and I’m wiping it off, right, and they could see and I could see the eyes. The first thing I saw was eyes and then I saw the entire body emerge and this mud just being dropped off. And this is what God, you know, when I was praying, coming into 2020, you know, sorry 2019. Me and my husband we always pray ahead of time, you know, before even the New Year. God reminded me about this dream and that’s where I got this, you know, about 20/20 vision—that God is looking, you know, from the top. He was looking from the top and He’s also searching, you know, to see who He can find that He can drop this mantle, you know, on them.

Doug: Yes. Sandra: And so, you know, this dream is significant, because the Lord reminded me

of this and that’s where the word came out, you know, “Frontliners: Prepare for 2020! Delay now is just a momentum into your destiny.”

Doug: Yes, and I heard the Lord. That’s why I asked you. I kind of put you on the

spot, but I heard the Lord say, “Ask her about the dream.” And, sure enough, this is powerful, because this is the mud that people are in right now, even. And, you know, 20 stories, standing on the 20 stories, you know, you were standing on it …

Sandra: Yes. Doug: … and you were not under it. Sandra: Yes. Yes. That’s good. Doug: And I think that was so powerful. And, also, the very things that you’ve come

out of, Sandra … Sandra: Yes. Doug: … you have an anointing right now over that, over depression and

hopelessness … Sandra: Yes. Yes. Doug: … and those are two things that are in that mud pile.

Sandra: Yes. Doug: You know, there’s addictions, there’s depression, there’s hopelessness … Sandra: Yes. Doug: … and I believe that that’s what, you know, that’s part of that mud pile that

our listeners are dealing with themselves right now. Sandra: Yes. Yes. Yes. Yes, it is almost like an inverted pit, you know. But God had

me standing on top and I could feel, I could feel the weight of His compassion for these people. At first, I didn’t know I was standing, you know, on this pit, but later on I could feel the compassion, the cry of the Father. You know, “Whom can I send? Whom can I send?” You know, look at these people. You know they’re dying, they’re, they’re in, you know, they’re committing suicide, they are helpless and hopeless, you know, and they’re like stuck. That’s the whole mud thing. I felt like they were stuck. They wanted to try to get out, but they were stuck.

Doug: Yes. Sandra: And then, you know, as I was praying and crying out, you know, to the

Father, they started releasing. You know, eyes started to form, and I was like, “Wow!” In my dream I’m looking at this, you know, creepy thing and I’m like, “Wow. This is pretty funky. What are You showing me, God?” But I’m also a seer and I’m very, I’m a very visual person, so God talks to me like that as well. So, yes, this is amazing.

Doug: Yes, this is, this is powerful. You know I had 50 days of heavenly encounters

in 2017. You know, I expected these things. It was so powerful that … Sandra: Wow. Doug: … I expected them to happen a little sooner, you know, … Sandra: Yes. Doug: … and now we’re looking at, you know … Which, in the Lord’s timing, three

years is not actually a long time at all. Sandra: Yes. Yes. Doug: And as I’m looking back, I’m thinking, you know, I really wish these things

would have happened sooner … which, I was given a lot of prophetic

downloads and insights and visions about the revival that’s coming—The Great Revival, they call it in Heaven—but it’s …

Sandra: Yes. Doug: … but it’s going to be different in each region. I was shown 50 regions around

the world … Sandra: So good. Wow. Doug: … and these 50 regions represented the 50 different types of moves that

were going to happen to reach the groups … Sandra: Wow. Doug: … in that. And I happen to be in the Hollywood area, you know, … Sandra: Yes. Doug: … and mine is different. California is way different. Ontario has to deal with

some things. You know, Canada has its own piece of that, but it was so powerful. And there was one of my …

Sandra: Yes. Doug: … it just reminded me when you said you were standing on this, this

mountain of mud … Sandra: Yes. Doug: … it reminded me of one my encounters that I had. I was standing in this

place in Heaven. I didn’t know what it was and then … But I was on a high place, like a high mountain, and then it was barren. Then suddenly I saw the people … Their lights had gone out and they were very … They were carrying very dim, like almost you could barely see their lights, and they were crying.

Sandra: Wow. Doug: I even heard those words, “Help us, help us. Send us, you know, send

someone.” Sandra: Wow. Doug: They were crying out …

Sandra: Wow. Doug: … and this was a group that I know that we’re called to reach, that I’m called

to reach. We all have our own. Sandra: Wow. Doug: And then I went through the … After, that was right around April 2017, I went

through the opposite of that. Sandra: Yes. Doug: I had to battle. And so, there’s a ruling spirit that we need to take down. Sandra: Yes. Yes. Doug: And this is, I believe, was the purpose for you coming on. It’s not like we’re

going to down this spirit, but we’re going to remove people from the control of these three spirits.

Sandra: Yes. Doug: One of them is depression. The other is hopelessness. Sandra: Yes. Doug: And the third is suicide. Sandra: Yes. Doug Depression, hopelessness and suicide. Now, I’ve broken through all three of

those and it sounds … Sandra: Yes. Doug: … like your testimony you’ve broken through all three of those … Sandra: Yes. Doug: So, we’re seeing this, this crazy time right now. Sandra: Yes. Yes.

Sandra: Amen. Doug: … or maybe you know someone or, you know, you’ve asked the Lord to take

you to Heaven early. That’s actually not something good. Sandra: Correct. Doug: That’s the spirit of death. You don’t want to come into agreement with that. Sandra: No. Yes. Doug: And so, we’re seeing this three-cord attack of depression, suicide, and

hopelessness. Sandra: Jesus. Doug We break this by the power and blood of Jesus, … Sandra: Hallelujah. Doug … the 3-cord attack, because Ecclesiastes 4:12 is that a three-cord attack is

not easily broken, a three-cord strand. Sandra: Yes. Doug: So, we just say now, Lord, … Sandra: Amen. Doug: … we separate these three out, depression, hopelessness and suicide, … Sandra: Come on. Yes, Jesus. Doug: … and now we break the attack. And the attack—I saw the name on the

attack—is against your destiny. Sandra: Yes. Thank You, Lord Jesus. Doug: Now, the power, the power of God. Now, Sandra I want you to pray just over

people who are under this mound … Sandra: Yes.

life within Your powerful hands. I continue to praise and thank You, Lord, … Doug: Yes, Lord. Sandra: … for Your greatest wisdom concerning … Doug: Wow. Sandra: … Your will and Your plans and purpose for my life. So, Father, I pray and I

decree Ruth 4:14, where the Lord says in Ruth 4:14. He says, “This day I have not left you without a redeemer. This day I will restore your life. Until your old age I will nourish you.” So, I pray and decree over every precious child of yours—that they will know and understand Your heart, Father, that they will know Whose they are and who they are as sons and daughters in Your Kingdom. Father, I pray that they would be able to clearly, clearly, specifically, Lord, hear Your voice when You speak to them …

Doug: Yes, Lord. Sandra: … for You know them before they were even born. Father, open up their ears

and their eyes of understanding to hear Your voice and shut these voices, Father God, and these voices that are coming against them of depression, helplessness, hopelessness, suicide, Father God, fear and anxiety. Father, lead them down the path that You have ordained for them before the, before time, to take them until, you know, to have them walk until they reach the fullness of Your will for their life, Lord. Father, impart wisdom, revelation knowledge and understanding to them today and take away any confusion that is not a part of their life. Father, we completely trust You and will lean not unto our understanding, but will keep our eyes focused on You. Father, I ask You right now, in the name the beloved Son, Jesus Christ, that You now reveal Your perfect will and plan for Your people and put Your workers in their path to help them attain their destiny and sustain it, in Jesus’ name. Doug: Yes. Powerful, powerful. Now, I’m seeing this. I’m getting words of

knowledge. We’re going to flow here for a minute. I’m seeing the Lord releasing books from Heaven … Now these are books of inheritance. These are … Psalm 13:16 shows that we have these books and that there are lots of books in Heaven. But I’m seeing books of inheritance. These are giftings and callings that you may not …

Sandra: Come on, Lord Jesus. Doug: … even know that you had. So, I see those are being released right now. So,

Lord, we just pray. Now, the books of Heaven aren’t physical. They come in the form of dreams and visions. They get imparted to you. It’s like Ezekiel 3, where he was given a scroll, the same as a book, and he said, “Here, eat this,” and then he could prophesy. He got understanding.

Sandra: Yes. Doug: We see the books as well. We see that scroll with John in the book of

Revelation. He said, “Eat this.” Sandra: Hallelujah. Doug: You know, he got understanding. So, I saw this happening in dreams right

now, books of inheritance. And the other ones were scrolls of understanding …

Sandra: Yes. Doug: … into your situation. Sandra: Yes. Doug: So, I believe you’re going to start seeing these things. Whether you see it or

not, it’s going to show up in dreams. Sandra: Come on. Doug: This is powerful. And I haven’t … I don’t know if I’ve talked about this

publicly, but part of the delay … Because I’ve missed the dates. I’ve said this revival was going to already start and I just …

Sandra: Yes.

Doug: I’m not backing down. I’m not saying I’m sorry at all. I’m just saying, I thought it was, but it was delayed, as you’re saying, and I’ve said things went on delay for different reasons. And He’s about to bring everything in place for 20/20 vision …

Sandra: Come on. Doug: … 20/20 coming together. Sandra: Yes, Lord. Doug: And one of the more powerful encounters I had with the Lord was having to

do with the Daniel 12. Sandra: Yes. Doug: And it was the book … It was a book that Daniel had been given. I mean, he

was writing it down and Michael, the archangel, battled to get Gabriel and to interpret it for him in Daniel 10. And we see it—Daniel 8, 10, and 12—we see this happening. And in 12, Gabriel says to him, “Seal it up, Daniel, until the time of the end.”

Sandra: Yes. Yes. Doug: And we are in a time right now where the scrolls … Sandra: Yes. Doug: … from previous times—the scrolls, the understanding of the scrolls are now

being opened. Sandra: Come on. Doug: And we see that same thing in Revelation 10, the voice of the seven thunders

spoke and gave the, gave the interpretation, basically, and an angel said to John, “Seal it up.”

Sandra: Yes. That’s good. Doug: And so I believe that’s why we’ve … We’ve known the time and the season

but we’ve missed the interpretation of the timing of … Sandra: Correct.

Doug: … end-time things, because the Book of Daniel, Daniel 12, has not been unveiled yet. And the same with Revelation 10 is we have not gotten these books open. I believe that we’re going to start seeing something happen over the next year, and not even the year, because it’s preparing us now.

Sandra: Um-hum. Doug: We’re recording this the end of March 2019. Sandra: That’s right. Doug: I believe that this is going to open up over the next few months to give us … Sandra: This is so good. Come on, Lord Jesus. Doug: … understanding. So, Lord, we release prophetic understanding. Sandra: Yes, Lord. Doug: The prophetic understand—the scrolls of understanding, we release it

(speaking in tongues). Sandra: (speaking in tongues). Doug: Yes. Here we go. That’s great. Are you getting anything, Sandra? Sandra: Wow. Wow. Oh, yeah. I, I just saw a huge, as you were praying … I just see,

I saw a huge tidal wave, a huge tidal wave of the Holy Spirit, you know. And it said on the top of it … I was saying, “Lord,” as you were praying, “What is it?” and He says, “Breaker anointing.”

Doug: Yes. Come on. Sandra: He said, “Breaker anointing.” And I saw archangel Gabriel and archangel

Michael on that, riding that wave. You know, angels are, you know, armies of warrior angels. What do they call it? Warring angels.

Doug: Yes. Sandra: I saw them standing on that wave and it’s coming. You know, it’s coming.

That wave is coming to wash, you know, and to wash the things that need to be washed …

Doug: Yes.

Sandra: … and to empower and equip and pour over and build momentum. I just saw a huge wave and the Lord said, “That’s My breaker anointing.”

Doug: Yes, bring it, Lord. We just speak that right now. Sandra: You know, because He says, “My people want it. My people want it. They’re

hungry for Me.” The Lord said, “They’re hungry for Me.” So, there are people around, you know, these frontliners—this is remnant that have been waiting and praying, you know, and persevering. And God’s going to come and reward them, Doug. God’s going to come and reward them, because He’s a rewarder of people who have radical faith and trust in Him.

Doug: Yes. Exactly. Yes. You know, we’re seeing things confirmed. So right now,

Lord, we ask now that that tidal wave would wash over us. Sandra: Yes, Lord. Doug: We’re seeing things confirmed in the news. I pray and I have to have, I have

news apps on my cell phone, because I pray so much that I expect to see something happen and …

Sandra: Come on. Doug: … it was in March, March 5–6, 2019. I had an encounter with the Lord that

morning, my usual time, you know, with the Lord. And I was taken in and some things happened, and here in Hollywood, having to do with the angel of revival …

Sandra: Yes. Doug: … of Aimee Semple McPherson. Sandra: Uh-huh. Doug: She was the one who actually had this Foursquare Foundation back in 1917;

it started there. But her revival angel had been actually held captive. I’ve been talking about this a little but, just so everyone knows, this stuff’s real. And the day that—it’s even documented—the day that I was here in LA others were praying, not just me. But I was praying and was part of unlocking that angel, because it had been held down by demonic forces, and it was Michael, the archangel, who came in and did the battle.

Sandra: Wow. Doug: That was the lightning storm we saw in Los Angeles.

Sandra: That’s right. Doug: If you look at the news, March 5th and 6th, we saw the greatest lightning

storm ever. Sandra: Wow. Doug: I think it was the night of the 5th and the morning of the 6th. We saw the

greatest lightning storm ever over LA … Sandra: That’s so cool. Doug: … and that was the night that Michael the archangel came in and began

unlocking things that we need. Sandra: So good. Doug: I’m expecting to see something out of this. And since then, everything’s

shifted here for me, you know, and others here in LA. Sandra: Wow. Doug: Things are getting easier now, because the Lord is doing the battling and … Sandra: So good. Doug: … we’re going to see something. So, we just call this in right now. Whatever

you need. Sandra: Yes, Jesus. Doug: We just call in the scroll of understanding. Sandra: Yes, Master. Doug: We call in the books of inheritance and we just ask, Lord, that You would

bring the wave, the breaker wave of anointing, break free anointing, break free anointing, break free anointing.

Sandra: Hallelujah. Doug: (speaking in tongues).

Wow. Wow. This has been powerful. We didn’t plan this at all, but the Lord

told me to have Sandra on and that a message … something would come out of this. And, I tell you, you’re going to want to listen to this again, because that spirit of depression, suicide and hopelessness is breaking off people …

Sandra: Yes. Doug: … and we’re going … Sandra: Amen. Doug: … to release into people the scrolls of understanding and books of

inheritance are going to come to you now. Wow. Oh, we’ve been talking with Sandra Weppler and it’s been a real blessing. Sandra, just tell us how we can get a hold of you, any materials you have, or anything.

Sandra: Yes, Doug. Actually, I’ve written my first book and that again, you know, is

one of the breakthrough moments. It’s called The Dubai Girl and it says how my life-changing journey will unlock your destiny. The book represents really the accumulation of my life’s work in three areas, Doug: understanding God’s purpose for my own life, you know, where it all got birthed and how I fought for it and received my breakthrough for 30 years; my own doctoral thesis for this topic; and my experience as a registered psychotherapist and a Christian counsellor.

Doug: Yes. Yes. I love it when you’re hearing that many salvations going on and you guys are, you know, broadcasting all over the world. I’m so excited.

acceleration on our lives, you know? As I said, people say, “Hey, you know, you’ve come out of left field,” and I said, “No, I didn’t actually. God was nurturing me and my husband for a time such as this.”
