BAU International Academy, Rome – from July 16 to August 10, 2016
It’s Liquid Experimental Art Architecture and Design Festival | Rome, curated by Arch. Luca Curci (director of It’s LIQUID
Group), exhibits the works of photography, installation and video art of important and emerging artists, coming from more
than 20 nations. The event is hosted in Rome at BAU International Academ, from July 16 to August 10, 2016.

The festival is opened on July 16, 2016 with the live art performances of Italian artists, like Pavel Berdon, Maria Francesca
Palli & Lucilla Trapazzo, Chiara Rocchi, Marjolaine Uscotti, Virginia Di Rocco and the English artist Joss Carter. The event
has been an amazing success with a massive presence of audience and artists involved, like the American artist Hiroko
Okahashi, who presents her video art “30 years art publishing proposal”.
The Chinese artist Shanglie Zhou, coming from Belgium presents her amazing videos “Window n°16” and “Son of Sun n°11”.
Three-time award-winning interdisciplinary and multimedia artist Cecilia Suhr from USA proposes her video work “The
Mythology of Pheonix”.
The videos of British artists are screened, as like “Leeul from Meeting Oneself” of Miyoung Kim, “Ink – Fragments Found” of
Ravinder Surah, and “MatterMeaningMerry” of Zuzana Sojkova.
Olga Fil. SIA Beaux-Arts from Latvia shows the great sculpture “Sphinxes”, composed by concrete’s materials. The creation and
production of represented sphinxes are handmade by individual sketches.
Harm Weistra presents from the series “Curbed Chaos, the Beauty Beneath”, 2014, the photo works Amsterdam, City view
from Duintjer Building I and Amsterdam, City view from Duintjer Building II.
