PurposeOperation of fitness centers in two federal government buildings are currently not available for use to employees and the public.GoalProvide overall management, operation, and support to serve the health needs of the Federal Fitness Center members.Ensure members have access to affordable memberships, wide variety of fitness classes, and top quality equipment.Project Charter

Initial first meeting with all managers involved in project to introduce and discuss specifics of each job.

Dependent on responsibility, methods of communication will be provided on daily, weekly, monthly, and every two weeks.

Methods of communication used: email and face-to-face correspondence.

Contingencies

Set rules and regulations of rotation for cleaning and maintenance of all equipment; complete work-orders for repairs.Inquire about the members interest regarding fitness programs and time availability.Seek and secure proper insurance that covers workers compensation and liability.Members sign contract that states they are aware and will follow all rules, regulations and policies.All members with dire medical condition/history will be monitored by staff.Risk Register (contd)

The following criteria will be used to evaluate progression of all aspects of the project:

There is a 5% increase in government employees and public members.

Based on customer feedback, customer service stays at 100%

95% of staff has a passing score in both AED/CPR test
