on a 2.21 acres‟ site near Tribune Chowk, Chandigarh

consisting of 170 rooms.

The Hotel will have five (5) F&B outlets including a

Discotheque with Bar and a large Conference hall

which can accommodate 750 to 1000 guests.

The landscaped lawns would be able to cater to the

larger banquet related events. Guest Amenities will

include a SPA & wellness center, Health Club with a fully

equipped Gym, steam, Jacuzzi, sauna and a swimming

pool with open-air Jacuzzi and pool deck.

Basement and surface car parking for 356 cars.

Golden Coast Resort, Portugal

Golden Coast resort, with 44 rooms, specializes in sea

holidays and surf activities to provide sport, relaxation and

recreation in Portugal. Currently there is only one 4 stars

hotel in Ericeira which is full 8 month a year.

This place is very famous for surfers. There is all along the

year a quantity of surfers‟ room occupation and there is a

big miss of high class resort rooms available.

Strengths of Golden Coast resort is the location and the high

demand for Portugal sea. Currently, a high class tourist

hotel is the best option for tourism. The existing resorts are

fully booked on season.

The advantage to be in a very hot spot, furthermore famous

for surf activities in the whole world, averaging up to 260

euros per night in high season for a 4 stars hotel make us be

more competitive as the investment is much lower.

The Lafayette Garden Inn, USA OnPointe Management Group, Inc. plans to provide

housing for discharged Veterans from the United States

Military. Currently in the Greater Atlanta area alone there

are over 3900 Veterans in search of affordable housing.

OnPointe plans to purchase older hotel operations that

have cash flow from Day 1 and convert these properties

into living accommodations for discharged Veterans.

OnPointe Management Group, Inc. is permitted to

establish a “desk” on the Military Base which will allow it to

advice veterans who are up for discharge.

This will allow OnPointe to ensure the Veteran know that

they can be accommodated in a location that provides

the ancillary service the veterans needs to move forward.

It enables OnPointe to establish a relationship with the

soon to be discharged vets so that they make OnPointe

facility their new home on discharge.

This joint program between the Government and the

Private Sector is answering a crucial and vital need for

those warriors who are being discharged.
