Need a full-time position or a summer internship? Visit the Purdue AG Spring 2020 Career Fair on Wednesday, February 12, 2020, from 9:30 am to 3:00 pm, at the Co-Rec. Free professional headshots will be taken at the fair. Professional dress is required! Visit the Center for Career Opportunities in YONG 132 if you need professional clothing. This is a great opportunity for you to network and make contacts with employers and organizations in the natural resources field, ask employers questions about necessary skills and general career advice, and search for internships or a post-graduation job. PAID Internship opportunity for a Physical Science Technician This position is located in the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), Oceanic and Atmospheric Research (OAR), Great Lakes Environmental Research Laboratory (GLERL) with one vacancy in Ann Arbor, MI. The primary responsibilities of the position will be to assist senior staff, project officers, analytical staff, and other staff with research projects including the oversight of field data collection and the preparation of drawings, graphs, or charts using project data for the production or publication of data bases and data collection. Indiana Horticultural Conference 2020 The 2020 conference schedule for the Indiana HORT Conference and Expo is now available online! The Conference will take place February 11-13 in the Indianapolis Marriot East Hotel. There are numerous and very exciting changes that will occur at IHC 2020. Additional tracks are added to the already great lineup of previous years. New tracks such as Urban Agriculture, Hemp Production, Agronomic Crops, and Farm 360 will create additional opportunities to serve our audience. A targeted selection of educational tracks, a joint plenary session, a diverse set of expo vendors and ample opportunities for networking will set the stage for a great conference. The Indiana Horticultural Conference & Expo will offer many opportunities for networking with fellow Indiana and other Midwestern farmers and vendors.
