DESCRIPTION
Redacted verification of Diane Chavez's 2/5/08 movements during work lunch. Shows city snow parking ticket received in 12/07 & email Chavez sent complaining to her alderman about (& response received), in which she makes reference to her "tenant" (Richard Wanke). Then ATM withdrawal slip on 2/5/08 from atm located in downtown Rockford, showing her $200 withdrawal within 1 minute of time State alleges that a witness saw her in a van near Clark's house & halfway across the city. Last, payment receipt showing she used $100 of the $200 withdrawal on 2/5/08 to pay the ticket at the City of Rockford payment desk in downtown Rockford at 12:23 pm on 2/5/08, before she then returned to work at the DHS office on Avon St (approximately 1 - 1/2miles away).
