1. The Department of Education (DepED) Regional Office through the Elementary Education Division (EED) will conduct a three-day writeshop on the revision of Grade 2 K to 12 Teacher's Guides (TG's) and Learner's Modules (LM's) in Araling Panlipunan and Edukasyon sa Pagpapakatao (EsP) on February 26­March 1, 2013 at the jlPE Mabini St., Davao City.

3. The core members are required to have a soft copy of the corrected LMs and TGs by the IMeS. Moreover, the above-mentioned core members are requested to bring laptop to facilitate and fast track the revision activity.

4. Teacher-writers, editors and illustrators who are handling classes are advised to prepare lesson plans/log plans and other related activities and turn over the same to teachers who are assigned by the school head to temporarily take over their class.

5. Meals, accommodation and travel allowance of the participants shall be charged against the downloaded funds for the Grade 2 K to 12 Writeshop subject to the usual accounting and auditing rules and regulations.

6. Prompt and immediate dissemination of this Memorandum to all concerned is earnestly desired.
