We have introduced a fully-engineered approach to On Ground/ Semi-Inground pool design and construction, starting from the basics. We examined the forces and factors affecting a traditional pool built on grade, at a variety of challenging sites, and made improvements wherever we found any weakness.

Our resulting manufacturing innovations have led to more options in what was previously a very limited market. Our On Ground/ Semi-Inground pools are so well engineered they can be installed totally above grade or in-ground.

Planning & Conceptual: The steady progression to a well planned “Poolscape” begins with a well thought out design. Be sure you discuss these important aspects with your authorized dealer:

• Legal and zoning requirements

• Pool-site ground and drainage conditions

• Access to the pool site

• Sun path and wind activity

• Yard grades and the finished grade of the pool in relation to existing structures

• Social and recreational areas in relation to the size and shape of your pool.

Construction & Landscaping:Once you’ve established the initial design and concept for your pool, discuss these accessories with your dealer:

• Positioning of walk-in stairs, stainless steel rails and ladders;

• Type and size of heating, to extend the swimming season;

• Solar blanket and roller;

• Lighting requirements of the pool and yard – perhaps fiber optics;

Our exclusive STAKE-LOCK fastening system protects against rust and corrosion by keeping the Z-720 (G-235) galvanized coating intact where conventional welding and riveting weakens and destroys this coating.

Limited Lifetime Warranty

Packaged in each liner carton are “No Diving” labels; an owner’s manual containing the current Association of Pool and Spa Professionals safety standards; maintenance and operating information; the APSP publication, a warranty card; and a weather resistant sign to be posted near your pool. “No Diving” signage must be installed on the coping around the perimeter of your pool. “Caution” signage also must be affixed to the steps. KEEP YOUR EYE ON THE CHILDREN. Continually super-vise the swimmers in your pool. USE THE SAFETY ROPE. The safety rope and floats should be attached at all times. Any use of diving boards, diving equipment or slides must be in strict compliance with the equipment manufacturer’s specifications, the Association of Pool and Spa Professionals standards, and local building codes and regulations. We recommend removal of such items that do not comply. Consult your dealer for sizes and specifications. Liner patterns and color depicted in this brochure are representative of the actual liner material; how-ever, variations in color and shading may occur.
