STEWARDSHIP THOUGHT Joseph’s obedience to God was

not a one-time thing. His atten-

tion to the angel’s warning kept

Jesus from being murdered by

Herod and led to the fulfillment of

the prophecy that the Messiah

would be a Nazorean. Fidelity to

God’s will assures the best use of

my talents, too!

• Stewardship Thought:

“Happiness lies more in giving

than in receiving.” (Acts 20:35)

VOCATION VIEWS: The Holy Family Of Jesus, Mary

And Joseph Families need bless-

ings of patience, forgiveness,

gratefulness, and love. What will

you do to show your love for your

family? Ask for the grace to be

holy. (Colossians 3:12-21)

WORD OF LIFE For all families: That, with great

faith, they will joyfully respond to

all that God asks of them, and be

given the strength to always per-

severe in love; We pray to the

Lord:

“Like Our Blessed Mother wel-

comed Jesus, we are called to

cherish and protect the gift of hu-

man life, at every stage and in

every circumstance.”

LET’S TALK ABOUT AUTOMATIC WITH-

DRAWAL Since the summer in North Dakota is so short, we

spend more of our time away, going to different

parishes closest to our current location, and since

our Winter is so terrible there are often times

where we are unable to make it to Mass. Howev-

er, just because our circumstances can change,

the costs of running a large parish do not. Our col-

lections are the only way we pay our heat, our wa-

ter, and our very small staff. We could not be

more appreciative of the efforts our parishioners

have put into the pledge for our Church Restora-

tion, but those funds are strictly for our Restora-

tion and not for our day to day parish costs.

Please consider signing up for Automatic with-

drawal so you never miss an opportunity to give.

There are Auto Withdrawal forms on each white

table, and a printable form our Website.

When you use automatic withdrawal our church

does not incur a credit card processing fee. It

gives you the freedom to choose the option of do-

nating, once or twice month, or even once a quar-

ter or once a year, and it frees up your time so

you’re not writing checks during Mass or trying to

run to the bank after getting all of your children

settled in the car.

Please consider using Automatic Withdrawal.

MARRIAGE RETREAT Mark your calendar for a marriage retreat at St.

Joseph's Church in Williston, Feb. 28-29. Matt and

Mindy Dalton, renowned co-founders of Marriage

Missionaries will be coming to Williston to share

their knowledge and passion for God's glorious

designs for marriage. Whether your marriage is

thriving, feels weathered or hopeless, all couples

are invited to attend this retreat to get the tools

you need to live marriage according to God's de-

signs. More details to follow in next month’s issue

of the Dakota Catholic Action. For more infor-

mation on the retreat leaders, Matt and Mindy

Dalton, go to marriagemissionaries.org.
