IMPORTANT BIO SECURITY MEASURES Workers should start working with younger birds before going to older bird’s coop and never the other way around. Protecting clothes e.g.: Overalls should be worn when working on farm. Cleaning and disinfec- tion of tools /gears and equipment used daily. Careful daily visualization of entire flock should be able to detect any unwell bird here should immediately be culled. Ensure that farm users dip their Boots each time they enter a pig sty to prevent spreading of disease among the animals kept.

Transport bath: Place a vehicle dip at the entrance of the farm to disinfect the wheels of vehicle.
