Shuitou Town Wenzhou City Zhejiang Province of China. After decades of rapid development, from the small Leather Workshop

enterprise group. Turnover exceeding RMB 2 billion, imports & exports about RMB 200 million, total assets of RMB1.2 billion,

the pigskins’ capacity is the NO.1 in the world , accounting for more than 55% of global market. Group’s backbone enterprise is

Zhejiang FAREAST Leather Co., Ltd. One of top 500 private enterprises in China. At present, the Group owned 12 enterprises,6

members of the enterprises, located in Guangdong, Zhejiang, Shanghai, Shandong, Hong Kong, Thailand and Vietnam, the

Netherlands, the United States and etc. Group’s chairman, Mr. Wangmin is voted to the deputy director of China leather

association, and the Chinese excutive chairman of China-Asean shoe business committee, executive vice chairman of

Wenzhou chamber of commerce in Guangzhou.

FAREAST Group is identified as the only drafter for “The industry standard of the People’s Republic of China for leather

standard of shoes lining " by Chinese leather standardization center in 2001. "FAREAST" brand was the national first batch of

ecological leather’s logo certification in 2003. "FAREAST" trademark was identified as "China well-known trademark" in 2006.

FAREAST’s pig leather products gains the General Administration of Quality Supervision awarded "China famous brand

product" title.

Guangdong FAREAST Industrial Development Co., Ltd. was an integrated international investing enterprise established by

Mr. Min Wang, the President of FAREAST Group. It was a core enterprise of FAREAST Group which founded with capital

RMB30,000,000. After being established, based on large capital, great experiences of international marketing, the various

factory resources of Pearl River delta area and powerfully professional import & export operation platform, FAREAST Group is

FAREAST Industrial Property investment Project, located in Shiling Town Huadu District Guangzhou City, which total area is

May 1994, Mr Wang Min established Pingyang FAREAST Leather Co. in Wenzhou. Zhejiang.

May 1995, FAREAST GZ office was set up to start leather export business.

April 1996, FAREAST attended APLF for the first time.

Oct. 1996, FAREAST set up a stall in Haopan Marketplace, Guangzhou to explore domestic leather market.

Apr. 1997, FAREAST LEATHER (HK) CO., LID was founded.

Feb. 1998, ZHEJIANG FAREAST LEATHER CO. LTD. was founded.

Apr. 1999, GREAT WALL GROUP INVESTMENT LIMITED COMPANY was founded.

May 1999, FAREAST was authorized imports and exports license.

Oct. 1999, WENZHOU FAREAST LEATHER CO. LTD was founded.

Oct. 2000, XIA AN TANNERY was founded in Wenzhou.

Sep. 2001, FAREAST was identified as the only standard drafting unit for “The People’s Republic China Industry Standard

Leather For Shoe’s Lining”.

May 2002, the WENZHOU FAREAST REAL ESTATE DEVELOPMENT CO., LTD. was founded. FAREAST enters into real

estate industry.

Aug. 2002, FAREAST entered into footwear business, then set up footwear sales department in 2003.

Oct. 2002, WENZHOU FAREAST LEATHER LIMITED COMPANY was listed on ‘China Top 500 Private Enterprises’, ranking No.

396.

Aug. 2003, FAREAST LEATHER INDUSTRIAL ZONE, occupying an area of 120 Mu, was put into operation in Pingyang,

Wenzhou.

Aug. 2003, ZHEJIANG FAREAST LEATHER Co., LTD was listed in “Genuine Leather Mark ECO-Leather ” corporation by the

China leather industry association at the first selection.

Sept. 2003, President Wang Min was elected as deputy president of China leather Association in at the fifth meeting of the

expanding Council of the China leather Association.

Jun. 2004, FAREAST GROUP invested 250million Yuan in Shiling town, Huadu district to build the FAREAST South industry

base of 165 mu.

In Jan. 2005, GUANGDONG FAREAST INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT Co. LTD. was founded.

Aug. 2005, – A grand ceremony with theme of “Achieving the brilliant dream, crossing the great Decade " was held in GZ to

celebrate the 10th anniversary of FAREAST’s establishment.

Oct. 2005, FAREAST invested WENZHOU SU BAO GALATINE CO., LTD. Thus, FAREAST covers the entire leather industry

chain.

Oct. 2005, ZHEJIANG FAREAST LEATHER CO. LTD. was listed in ‘China Top 500 Private Enterprises of year 2004’, ranking

No.395.

Jan. 2006, FAREAST was confirmed to achieved an annual import-export amount of in 2005 to break through $ 100 million.

Jan.2006, the "FAREAST" trademark was awarded "Provincial Famous Trademark of Zhejiang".

Mar. 2006, President Wang Min was elected as the deputy president of China Chamber of Commerce for Import and Export of

Light Industrial Products and Arts-Crafts (CCCLA), Footwear Branch.

Oct. 2006, Zhejiang FAREAST Leather Co., Ltd that was listed in “China Top 500 Private Enterprises of year 2005”, ranking

No.471.

Nov. 2006, FAREAST started its handbag business.

In the 2nd half of year 2006, the oversea tannery in Vietnam was put into operation.

Sept. 2007, President Wang Min was re-elected as the deputy president of China Leather Association at the sixth meeting of the

Council of the China leather Association.

Jan. 2008, pig leather from FAREAST was awarded "China Famous Brand products" by the AQSIQ (Administration of Quality

Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine).

Feb. 2008, "FAREAST" was awarded "China Famous trademark".

Jun. 2009, the cow leather industry successfully supports the FAREAST shoe’s business.

Jul. 2010, FAREAST was engaged in an innovative shoe operation model, aiming to establish a resource-oriented,

trade-concentrated and Agglomeration of partners.

Jan. 2011, President Wang Min put forward that “WORLD FAREAST, PUBLIC FAREAST” is the core of FAREAST culture,

"share-cropping" and "cooperation partners mode” are the carrier, with the aim to widely recruit the elites of international trade

and vendor partners to set up the “FAREAST PYRAMID” and endeavor to build the manufacture base’s blueprint of “small and

medium-size boss” in china’s international industry.

Jun. 2011, FAREAST hardware industry was established and put into operation.

Jun. 2011, President Wang Min was elected for the 3rd time as the deputy president of China Leather Association at the seventh

meeting of the Council of the China leather Association.

June 2012, FAREAST GROUP moved its headquarter to Sanyuanli International Plaza located in Baiyun district of Guangzhou.

The new 1500SM headquarter will endow FAREAST with advantages of superior location, mature business facility as well as

new corporate image.
