Negotiation with client regarding financial & SAC related matters.

Monitoring the site outages on NetAct terminal in parallel,

providing back support to BSS Team.

Performing FLM (alarm monitoring, site logs) & SLM (TRXunblocking, site configuration, UB issues) on NSN software forbetter TCH availability.

Correspondence with internal departments region wise

(preparing the CP billing tracker, T-Prime tracker & GLO tracker)
