Tel:+66( 0)2-254-8265 Fax:+66( 0)2-652-0567 Email:[email protected] Specific responsibilities The FAM is directly responsible for all administrative functions of the Rena Ware Thailand, including: Accounting, Credit, Collections, Customer Service, Logistics and Warehouse, and the Chiangmai Branch. There are currently 57 administrative employees. The main objective for this position is to effectively manage the company’s administrative and financial resources in accordance with the managerial and strategic guidelines provided by the Home Office. The FAM has a supportive role to the Resident Manager, who has overall responsibility for the sales and administrative areas of the company. Experience in medium-sized, well-structured, preferably direct selling system companies. Age: Between 35 and 45 years (non-restrictive), preferably male. A professional with a university degree in Economics, Business Administration, or related field; preferably with an MBA Solid accounting knowledge Excellent knowledge and proficiency in English – must be bilingual (Thai / English) Strong knowledge of administrative planning, accounting, and treasury Knowledge and experience with direct selling companies (order processing, billing and collections) Experience in management control systems and key performance indicators Experience and knowledge of tax law and tax planning Unblemished reputation and image Lead administrative planning processes. Coordinate established strategies with sales management. Assist in / provide support for implementation of the Sales Plan. Collaborate with sales management to sustain sales growth. Responsible for efficient cash management, daily collection, and billing. Responsible to maintain an effective information system and management / accounting controls for all company processes. In this regard, the FAM must ensure compliance with key performance indicators in all areas of the company. Responsible for implementation and monitoring of the annual operating budget, and its control and compliance thereof on a monthly basis. Responsible for the timely submission of quarterly financial statements and accounting records to the Home Office as well as to the relevant local authorities. Responsible for evaluating problems and proposing effective solutions relating to all administrative matters – including information systems and processes, financial accounting, tax planning and compliance, legal issues - in order to support the operation’s development and growth. Manage all third party administrative relationships – bank, insurance, accounting, legal, logistic. Leadership, Initiative, and Innovation: The candidate must be a leader with the ability to positively influence his or her team to achieve objectives. The candidate should be proactive and have a willingness to objectively evaluate new ideas and technologies with a clear understanding of the company’s business practices. The candidate must be experienced in generating initiatives that add value to the company, such as plans for achieving operational efficiency and streamlining administrative processes. Strategic and Analytical Skills: The candidate should have strategic and analytical capabilities that allow him / her to identify opportunities, measure risks, and implement strategies developed with Home Office. The candidate should be able to understand the short and long term implications of decisions. It is important for the candidate to be able to think strategically, lead multiple projects simultaneously, manage in a constantly changing environment, and handle high workloads. Negotiation and Persuasion Skills: The candidate should have the ability to negotiate with third party affiliates, within the Company (Home Office and local employees), and with the sales field leadership. The candidate should be able to communicate ideas and concepts in a clear and convincing manner, demonstrating empathy and persuasion to achieve goals. Transparency, Ethics and Values: It is important for the candidate to have shown a consistent record of integrity and performance with high ethical standards throughout his / her career. The candidate must have the ability to communicate with transparency and consistency. Teamwork - Internal Relationships: The candidate must demonstrate openness and self- confidence in managing relationships with others, using judgment and common sense. The candidate should be able to build value-added relationships and influence the team.
