Please comment on quality of service of each hotel:

The pyramid: This property I would say is my all time favorite property. It is the

luxury of all Oasis. It is located in the centre of Cancun about a 15 min car ride away from the strip with a beautiful stretch of beach. It is actually located in the middle, surrounded by 4 other building (properties) therefore making it feel like youare in the centre of attention. It is known as the "entertainment” property, where everything goes down.  The stretch of beach is phenomenal, it is crystal clear blue color, waves weren't as high as I thought it would be and absolutely no rocks at all/ no seaweed.  There are 27 restaurants and 22 bars for the pyramid clients.

It offers the most services between the rests of the properties. It's in a shape of a pyramid with 5 floors the centre of the pyramid itself is the lobby and entertainment centre right along with all other services. Overall, a great hotel with great views no matter where they put you.

Grand Cancun: The grand Cancun is basically just a sister version of the pyramid. Clients that take the Grand Cancun have 4 different location to up front by the beach and 2 behind the pyramid. It has almost the same features and amenities as the pyramid however with fewer choices. EX: they have 18 bars and 18 restaurants.There is 1 restaurant that must be reserved in advance to dine at which is Careyse steakhouse and white box. The rooms are fairly the same however safety deposit box not included must may 7 $ extra per day or $35 for the week.

Oasis Sens:Oasis by Sens is adults only resort located about 10 min drive MAX away from Pyramid. They have the option for their pools and beach to be topless. It is also widely known and accepted for LGBT. This resort mainly caters to

couples, romantics, and seniors. It has the sense of romantic everywhere we go. They have exclusive dinner where it is beautiful decorated. Benesuza is one that I would recommend to all clients if they were to book the Sens. Benesuza is a restaurant that uses your senses over a 24 course meal. It is an extra cost of about 70.00 USD and must be booked at least 2 weeks in advanced. Fantastic quality of service for this hotel, very new buildings and rooms are all newly renovated.

OH and Smart:Oh and smart are two separate properties that are located right next to each other which share the same lobby. They are located in the downtown part of Cancun therefore the stretch of beach here is comparably not the best as nice as where the pyramid located.

The palm:The palm resort would be considered Oasis Calm resort. It is located 1hr 30 min away from the noisy Cancun district, the regions of ruins and Tulum. It is also a gorgeous resort purely calm and less crowded where clients can enjoy and relax in the calm beaches, and pools. While at the same time you can enjoy the same amenities that Oasis offers. However, the downside to this resort is that the safety deposit box and wifi is not covered. I personally find that all resorts at this scale now days in Mexico should have this option included. Now, what is nice about this resort is that it is only 15 minutes away from the archaeological site of Tulum. A large area of Mayan ruins can be found here only at entrance cost of 5 USD. There is an upside and downside to this resort as one half of the resort is completely brand newly renovated within the past year or so and the other half of it is completely worn down and far away from the center of the lobby and beaches. What is nice about this particular resort in the area is that they have many coral reefs, so snorkeling is practically included in the resort right by the pier. Now be careful, they can only take 10 passengers at a time in the morning hours only. so you gotta get up early to take part of the snorkel that is included.  

What is nice about all the resorts they all have similarities example : Coffee me, coffee you Sensoria spa Sian khan (spa / outdoor) Careyse steakhouse White box gastronomy 

(same type of entertainment with sens for its kinky bar) 

Wifi is included with this property + safety deposit box Huge on entertainment every night they have red circus where there is always a different show.  Other entertainments: 

kinky bar  Beach club  Coyote loco Havana club  Release of baby turtles  into the ocean   8pm Wednesdays only ( no

picture taken as it is not allowed) 

o Destination highlights: Cancun stretch of beach, Clearwater, and seaweed free, turtle reserves, Mayan ruins, huge on night life coco bongo, senior frogs are huge night spots to be at when visiting Cancun. The resorts are all within the vicinity of the strip. You can take a day trip to Isla Mujeres. Lots of different excursions and water activities for all age group.

o How did this FAM trip offer you educational value: This FAM trip offered me educational value by having hands on live experience of the actual properties itself. I was able to enjoy Cancun my very first time not only the properties itself but overall the general key attractions and cultural aspects of Mexico in itself. This trip has helped me become more familiar to the actual destination and property itself in hopes of bringing in business once back to agency.  I am now much more prepared and confident to sell this property now knowing what a client will experience. Either front or back of the house it is much easier for me to describe to our clients what they will be in for. 

o Define the business relevance of this FAM:  As we know, we are in the loyalty department for RBC. We are mostly dealing with leisure clientele. The destination on Cancun, Mexico in itself is a large tourism destination for all tourists which consist of mostly Canadians. Thus, makes selling this destination much easier with knowledge of the properties itself and hands on experience of Cancun by the Oasis brand.
