Learn how to use the equipment in the weight room properly! Sundays at 6pm at Wilson & Brodie.

FREE FITNESS ASSESSMENTS

You will be tested with a variety of fitness modalities and you will receive recommendations for workouts based on your results. To request an assessment, visit the Fitness Services tab at recreation.duke.edu.

Got fitness questions? Ask one of our friendly and knowledgeable counselors! Sunday through Thursday nights at Wilson & Brodie / 4:30 - 7:30pm.

COMPLIMENTARY FITNESS PROGRAMS

TRX Training is a system of leveraged body weight exercises that allow clients to strengthen and tone like the Navy SEALS who designed it! We offer TRX in a small group setting with only 4-8 clients participating in each session.

Check our website to review class times and enroll in upcoming TRX boot camp classes. Spaces fill quickly! If you prefer private TRX training, contact Mary Ann at [email protected] for details and rates.
