1. Sign faces to be modified in Phase 2 (2022) and/or
Phase 3 (2026).
2. Vendor to use existing foundation and base and
build it out to fit larger footprint of new pylon.
3. Vendor to cover base with new aluminum shroud to
give appearance of new standard base design.
4. Vendor to take extreme care to size shroud to be
perfectly plumb all over, level at top, and evenly flush
w/ grade/sidewalk so that there is no gap whatsoever
on any side of base, and no oil-canning.
