Willow Stream’s Fitness Center guests are provided with spacious, customized wellness areas and facilities that cater to different fitness levels, abilities and age groups. Designed around the mission to meet the needs of the travellers on the go and enhance the quality of everyday living for all guests, the Center is centrally located next to the Reception Desk, available to all registered adults, aged 16 and older and open from 6am to 9pm daily.

Willow Stream Spa is the perfect environment to restore your energy with complimentary access available to hotel guests, and at a fee to visitors, offering the following facilities and services:

Steam Room Wellness This treatment is highly beneficial for those that suffer from asthma and bronchitis, as it opens up the breathing passages and alleviates congestion. We recommend that a session last 10-15 minutes and that you keep your body well hydrated afterwards. Humid heat is especially beneficial before or after a massage treatment to increase circulation.

Experience Showers The Experience Showers offer rejuvenation and awakening from all sides; this is a heavenly water pleasure that celebrates the body and senses. These special showers have different techniques, which massage the skin, while offering a deep feeling of wellbeing.

African Monarch with Rooibos and Lavender Clay 120 minutes The sweet and earthy Rooibos, and stress-relieving qualities of Lavender-infused clay mud is majestically soothed over the body and cocooned to stimulate blood and lymphatic flow while a gentle cleansing vitamin booster express facial is completed. The journey towards an indulgent full body aromatherapy massage and the nurturing of the senses has now begun with this prepping. Guests may choose from a selection of aromatherapy infused easy-melting Shea body balms from Ghana, blended with healing African Potato, Rooibos and natural essential oils; all aspired to enhance one’s energy-awakening and rejuvenate the mind, body and soul.

The anti-ageing massage oil medium with Elsberry stem extract is specifically selected for a balancing full body massage helping to relax and relieve tension. This reviving massage is then followed by an invigorating and instantly rejuvenating facial skin treatment, breathing new life into a dull complexion and giving you an instant glow of beautiful radiance. This peeling system containing natural glycolic acid ensures provides total comfort during renewal and regeneration.

Energizing Africology Coffee and Mint Body Wrap 90 minutes Caffeine is an antioxidant, and dehydrates fat cells by promoting energy flow - Africology Coffee and Mint Body Wrap is particularly helpful in water retention and cellulite reduction. Once the body has been prepared with our walnut and marula shell exfoliator, our proven combination of coffee extract combined with spearmint is applied as a mud wrap, which sets on the body to stimulate lymph drainage and blood flow, together with toxin elimination. The treatment is concluded with an Aromatherapy massage to delight the senses.

Africology Soul of Africa Body Journey 60 minutes Zimbali admires and emulates this ceremonial process, using Africa’s miracle Marula Oil blended with Neroli to soften signs of ageing through its anti–stress action. This treatment begins with a back exfoliation followed by an application of warm, soothing mud to release tension stored in the muscles, while assisting the elimination of toxins in the body. Marula oil is then applied in preparation for your intuitive full body massage. In Africa, Marula is also used to treat sun–damaged skin as it improves skin hydration and helps fight free radicals.

Doctor BABOR Fat Burning Body Treatment 60 minutes This body wrap gently compresses the skin tissue, helping the highly effective active ingredients in the wraps to penetrate deep into the skin. Willow Stream Zimbali Signature Massage 90 minutes This massage therapy begins with an initial focus on the neck and shoulder with a Zulu rain stick, followed by an Ayurvedic Indian head massage that will tap into your 7 chakras of energy and influence healing and balance through the body. Easy-melting Shea from Ghana, blended with healing African Potato, Rooibos and natural essential oils are used during a calabash full body massage creating a transcending body experience. The calabash massage provides a deeper dimension to the deep tissue massage by amplifying the movements of the therapist. In addition, the use of different sizes and shaped calabashes allows the therapist to adapt to the body and break tension zones and soften muscles. This pressure applied and the deep penetration of 100% natural aromatherapy oils into the pores stimulates the natural elimination of toxins and fats accumulated by the body.
