What is the GROW Programme (1)• Mentoring programme

• All categories of support staff

• Voluntary participation

• Training provided to all participants



What is the GROW Programme (2)• Staff will be paired up by the co-

ordinators

• Meet three times over an academic year plus initial introductory meeting

• Decide what you’d like to achieve

• Work together on goals
