eminent researcher whose chief interests lie in Dairy Processing, food processing, food chemistry and new product

development. He is Editor in two international Journals “International Journal of Food and Fermentation”

(NAAS Rating 4.1) and “International Journal of Food and Nutrition and referee in more than 15 Journals. He
