Factory Line - a flexible wiring system forstationary loads.Branching of the line and power take-off can beaccomplished from any location.

There are four duci models in the Factory Line system, classifiedaccording to the type and capacity of the power supply.(D Factory Line lOO: For both main lines and branch lines, providing both a 3-phase power supply (maximum 100 A) and asingle-phase power supply (maximum 20 A). (al Factory Line 60:For both main lines and branch lines, providing both a 3-phasepower supply (maximum 60 A) and a single-phase power supply(maximum 20 A). ls) Factory Line 30: For branch lines. 30 Acapacity. Provides either one 3-phase power supply circuit or iwosingle-phase power supply circuits. G) Factory Line 20: For smallbranch lines. Provides a single-phase power supply of up to 20 A.Combine these Factory Line systems to create a completelyflexible wiring system perfectly suited to the needs of yourproduction line.

ln all Factory Line systems the plugsthat supply electrical power from theducts to the load or the branch linescan be freely connected and removedat any location.Varying supply needs, such as changes in the layout orquantity of production line equipment, can be quickly and easily satisfiedsimply by moving or connecting moreplugs. Unlike conventional electricalwiring systems, the Factory Line systemdoes not need to be rewired. Thissignificantly reduces both the e{fort andcost of making such changes.

By replacing conventional powe rsupply conduit wiring with lhe FactoryLine, all of the wiring that previouslycluttered the floor and other areas canbe neatly eliminated, thus preventingaccidents or injury. In addition, i'tsituations such as metalwork lactories,if the wiring is on the floor, metal chipscan enter and cause shorting, but withthe Factory Line all danger of problemssuch as these occurring is eliminated.Furthermore, because the Factory Linesystem is equipped with various typesof breaker-equipped plugs, it providesinc reased saJety in the event ofunforeseen emergencies.

With the Factory Line 100 or FacloryLine 60, both a three-phase powersupply and a single-phase powersupply can be obtained simultaneously.Because, for example, both drivepower and the eleclrical outlet powersupply can be handled from a singlewiring line, the wiring is simplified. lnaddition, with the Factory Line 30, twosingle-phase power supply circuits canbe obtained simultaneously, so boththe lighting power supply and theelectrical power supply can becombined in a single line.
