RYR on the TSX Venture Exchange (TSXV) LA GOLONDRINA/REDENCION FACT SHEET La Golondrina and La Redencion are neighboring high-grade gold mines located in Nariño Province of southern Colombia (Figure 1). Royal Road Minerals has executed option agreements allowing the Company to earn 100% of both projects. The projects are characterized by dominantly shallow-dipping quartz-carbonate veins, vein stockwork zones and mineralized hornfels (Figure 2). Free gold is common. Saw-cut channel samples from 60 shallow-dipping quartz veins at La Golondrina returned average 31.1g/t gold (highest grade 122.9 g/t) over average thicknesses of 0.3m (thickest vein 0.97m). In late 2016 Royal Road completed a four-hole scout diamond drilling program at La Golondrina. Drilling returned 24.9 meters at 1.0 gram per tonne, 14.3 meters at 1.0 gram per tonne and 195.2m at 0.4 g/t gold in drill hole GOL-16-02 (EOH) and 8.3 meters at 1.1 gram per tonne in GOL-16-03 related with zones of decimeter-scale veins and interconnecting veinlets and stringer zones hosted in both strongly altered tonalite and adjacent hornfels. The drilling did not intersect any discrete high-grade gold mineralized zones but when put in a local context, indicates bulk tonnage potential over in excess of 700m of vertical extent (see Figure 3, not section location on Figure 1). Royal Road’s plan is to secure arrangements with neighboring property owners and to fly the immediate area with airborne magnetics and radiometrics. Figure 1. F A C T S H E E TLa Golondrina and La Redencion are neighboring high-grade gold mines located in Nariño Province of southern Colombia (Figure 1).

F A C T S H E E TManagements view is that the principal target at La Golondrina and La Redención is “bulk- tonnage” in style and will be better defined with further mapping and airborne geophysics.
