Annual and direct debit members who wish to put their memberships on hold must provide one month written notice. Memberships on hold will be charged an administration fee of £5.00 per month. For annual members the expiry date of the membership will then be extended by that period of time. All members have the right to hold membership for a maximum period of 3 months per year.
