he persons shown below helped Facebook steal the inventions of Columbus, Ohio USA innovator Michael McKibben and Leader Technologies, Inc. Leader proved in federal court that Facebook is guilty on 11 of 11 counts of infringing Leader’s U.S. Pat. No. 7,139,761. This means that the engine running Facebook is stolen. However, when Leader
turned to the federal courts to protect their property rights, the Judicial and Executive Branches turned a blind eye and actually supported the thieves. The story is both sad and frightening.i
Obstruction of justice. Judges, including the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court, failing to disclose stock in Facebook, not even counting family investments. Twenty-eight of Zuckerberg’s hard drives purported to be lost, then “found” after the Leader v. Facebook trial. A political machine protecting 47 million Obama “likes” on Facebook. Fabricated evidence. Doctored dockets. Undisclosed judge and clerk relationships with Facebook attorneys. Sudden and unprecedented wholesale reversals at the Patent Office by a former Microsoft employee now patent judge. The Patent Office claiming Executive Privilege in a FOIA request. Ignored precedential law. Breaches of due process. The list goes on.
If average American citizens do not raise their voices now to support fundamental American property rights— and oppose this corruption—then whose property will be taken next with the blessing of an increasingly lawless federal bureaucracy?
What will you do about it? Waiting for someone with more ability, time, contacts, power and
position is the definition of apathy. When good people do nothing, their country and society end
up on the dust heap of history. Is that the legacy you wish to leave your children and
grandchildren? If it is not, contact your representatives,
senators and media with this information. Speak about it
in your school, university, church, synagogue, mosque
and civic gatherings. Our property and privacy rights
are eroding rapidly in this wholesale attack on our
laws by our lawyers themselves.
Some of the people in this rogues gallery are the ringleaders,
others are willing grunts (like Zuckerberg), others were bribed or
blackmailed, others are just weak, and still others were sucked in. Help
us sort them out. We encourage anyone in this gallery to go to the
Committee on Oversight & Government Reform and offer your
testimony. Perhaps you can ask for immunity when you tell the truth.
Sixty-one (61%) percent of the people in the first list are attorneys, sworn to uphold American
justice. They have done the opposite. One hundred (100%) percent of the USPTO people are attorneys.

Faces of the Facebook corruption
Corruption Watch:
he Patent Office recently claimed
“executive communication privilege”
in a Freedom of Information Act
(FOIA) request regarding Leader v.
Facebook. This means the Patent Office is
refusing to explain why President Obama is
involved in this matter. This follows a
remand, approved by the Director’s Office (an
Obama political appointee), for an
unprecedented third patent reexamination,
hastily ordered and improperly written with
no instructions to the examiner. Many believe
this action is politically movitated—to protect
President Obama’s 47 million “likes” on
Facebook.
It is notoriously known that President
Obama’s Facebook relationships helped
secure his election, and the Democratic Party
is gearing up to use this benefit for Hillary
Clinton in 2014. These Leader patent claims
have withstood a decade of scrutiny, and have
been affirmed three times. This latest
wholesale reversal of the Leader claims has
the strong odor of corruption.
Enough suspicion exists to create a
corruption watch list. That suspicion is
heightened by the revelation several
days ago that Patent Office FOIA
counsel Kathryn W. Siehndel is a
former employee of Facebook’s attorney,
White & Case LLP. White & Case LLP filed
the first Facebook reexamination request.
Despite this evident conflict, Ms. Siehndel has
been responding to FOIA requests as if she is
not biased, and without informing the
requester of her conflict of interest. It would
appear that the Patent Office is pulling out all
the stops to protect Facebook. Therefore, we
mark appearances of impropriety with an alert
“!” sign. We only know some of the judges
and personnel who handled the Leader
reexaminations (gleaned from the recent
FOIA). Therefore, the connections between
the Patent Office judges and Facebook are
suspected, but further verification is sought.
T
Patent Office Impropriety Patent Judge Stephen C. Siu —a former Microsoft and IBM employee, is leading the charge on an unprecedented third Leader patent reexamination. His conflicts are many and overlapping. (1) Microsoft is one of Facebook’s largest shareholders; (2) Microsoft is a Director of the Federal Circuit Bar Association (FCBA); (3) Federal Circuit Clerk of Court Jan Horbaly is an FCBA Officer; (4) Facebook’s attorneys are in the FCBA “Leaders circle;” [sic] (5) Facebook is pressing the tainted Federal Circuit decision; (6) PTO Director David Kappos is IBM’s former intellectual property chief counsel; and (7) Facebook recently purchased hundreds of IBM patents.
Received on Jan. 29, 2013 from Kathryn Siehndel, USPTO FOIA Officer, in response to Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) Request F-13-000064.
95/001,261 In re. McKibben et al Inter partes Reexamination Proceeding
Judge Sui worked for both IBM and Microsoft, who both have large stakes in Facebook.

Faces of the Facebook corruption
We also need to know if any of these judges, or their families to the “third degree of relationship,” hold
Facebook stock related to the Facebook IPO. 28 USC § 455(b)(5).xxx
This would include stock in companies
with notorious relationships to Facebook’s second largest shareholder, James W. Beyer and Accel Partners
LLP; companies like Microsoft, Fidelity Funds, T. Rowe Price Funds, and Vanguard Funds.
Note that U.S. Patent Office judges are administrative judges, since the Patent Office is under the
executive branch of government, not the judicial branch. However, these judges are still compelled to
follow the Code of Conduct that requires them to disclose conflicts of interests that may arise in the course
of their patent examinations.
The Sixth Circuit in American Cyanamid Company v. FTC, 363 F. 2d 757 (1966) at 767, 768 vacated
an administrative order and decision of the Federal Trade Commission regarding an American Cyanamid
patent due to administrative bias stating:xxxi
“[w]e therefore must vacate the order and decision of the Federal
Trade Commission and remand the case for a de novo consideration of
the record without the participation of Chairman Dixon . . . Litigants
are entitled to an impartial tribunal whether it consists of one man
or twenty and there is no way which we may know of whereby the
influence of one upon the others can be quantitatively measured.”
(emphasis added).
Likewise, Leader Technologies has no way of quantifying the pro-Facebook sentiments at play
among the large number of USPTO judges and personnel with vested interests in decisions favorable to
Facebook.
Evident Conflicts of Interest ! Exclamation Marks:
Judge Stephen C. Siuxxxii
is a former Microsoft and IBM employee. Since David Kappos is former Chief Counsel for IBM, the influence is evident. Also, Microsoft is one of Facebook's largest shareholders and benefits greatly from decisions favorable to Facebook. Also suspicous is the central organizing role that Judge Siu played in preparing the Patent Office response to the recent FOIA request. He should have recused himself due to the appearance of improriety. Therefore, he has tainted the entire proceeding with evident judge bias. James R. Hughes,
xxxiii Meredith C. Petravick,
xxxiv James T. Moore
xxxv and Alan R. MacDonald
xxxvi handle the Leader
Reexamination with Judge Stephen C. Siu. Therefore, since they are turning a blind eye to propriety, their perspectives are corrupted and partial by default. Judge Jackie W. Bonilla
xxxvii is a former clerk for Federal Circuit Chief Judge Randall R. Rader. Given the evident
judge bias in Rader’s court in Leader v. Facebook, he now has a personal interest in helping Facebook achieve its objectives at the Patent Office. His panel of three judges in Leader v. Facebook (Judge Kimberly A. Moore, Judge Evan J. Wallach and Judge Alan D. Lourie) each held stock in Facebook during the proceedings. Therefore, decisions favorable to Facebook help his judges’ individual stock portfolios. Rader’s court also refused to disclose financial conflicts of interest when asked. Judge Jason V. Morgan
xxxviii is a former Microsoft intern. His relationship with Microsoft at least deserves
disclosure and recusal.

Faces of the Facebook corruption
Judge Mike Straussxxxix
recently worked for Verisign (2010-2011). Verisign is notoriously associated with Accel Partners LLP and Fenwick & West LLP. Accel Partners is Facebook's second largest shareholder. Fenwick & West LLP is Facebook’s securities and patent counsel. In fact, during Strauss' tenure at Verisign, the Indian operations director for Verisign joined Accel Partners LLP See Archana Rai, "Verisign India chief joins VC firm Accel." The Indian Economic Times, Jan. 26, 2011 <http://articles.economictimes.indiatimes.com/2011-01-26/news/28425434 1 venture-capital-canaan-partners-early-stage-fund>.
xl This conflict is enormous.
Judges George Best,
xli Lynne Pettigrew,
xlii Bart A. Gerstenblith ,
xliii Dave McKone
xliv and Jennifer B. Bisk
xlv were
each clerks to Federal Circuit judges who declined to hear Leader Technologies’ petition for rehearing. George Best and Jackie W. Bonilla clerked for Chief Judge Randall R. Rader. The evidence of widespread judge bias at the Federal Circuit now taints all connections to the judges. These clerks very likely continue to be loyal to their former bosses, and cannot therefore be impartial. Judge Kit Crumbley
xlvi worked at the Department of Justice, which is being advised by Donald K. Stern of
Cooley Godward LLP. Cooley is Facebook’s attorney in Leader v. Facebook, and might try to rely upon Crumbley’s continuing loyalties to his former employer; therefore hecannot be impartial. Kathryn W. Siehndel,
xlvii US Patent Office, FOIA Counsel claimed “executive communication privilege” in a
recent FOIA request. We have just learned that Ms. Siehndel failed to disclose that she has a conflict of interest in Leader v. Facebook. A recent former employer is White & Case LLP which is one of Facebook law firms. Heidi Keefe and Mark Weinstein now at Cooley Godward LLP, and Samuel O’Rourke now at Facebook as inside intellectual property counsel, were all at White & Case LLP with Ms. Siehndel. Judge Stacey White
xlviii has direct prior professional relationships with Gibson Dunn Crutcher LLP, including
with Cobra Legal Services and its employees and owners, namely Laura (Ewing-Moore) Ewing-Pearlexlix
and Judge Cantwell F. Muckenfuss III,
l who is also a partner at Gibson Dunn LLP. Since Gibson Dunn is Facebook’s
appeals attorney, any involvement or influence by Judge White requires disclosure and likely recusal due to lack of impartiality. Judge Catherine Timm
li is responsible for reviewing twice rejected patent reexamination requests, like Facebook’s.
A close eye needs to be kept on Ms. Timm to see if she continues to sustain her unprecedented wholesale reversal in this third Facebook reexamination request. Judge Hung J. Jung
lii worked at Blank Rome LLP, another of Facebook’s attorneys in Leader v. Facebook. He worked
there between Sep. 2006 and March 2010. This was during most of the pretrial discovery when Facebook’s Cooley Godward LLP, White & Case LLP and Gibson Dunn LLP discovery misconduct was occuring (concealing the existence of 28 Zuckerberg hard drives from Leader Technologies’ attorneys).

This group essentially forms a Fifth Column within the U.S. Patent Office to promote the Federal Circuit agenda. Therefore, one can reasonably assume that all the former clerks are biased on matters coming to them from the Federal Circuit, as has occurred in this 3rd patent reexamination in Leader v. Facebook. Arguably this association taints all their rulings.
NOTICE: This document may contain opinion. As with all opinion, it should not be relied upon without
independent verification. Think for yourself. What you are being told by these people is often a
fabrication designed for effect only and meant to protect the agenda at the expense of the truth. In fact,
these people practice a cynical form of neuvo-Orwellianism in all their language and rhetoric. Nothing is
what it seems.

Faces of the Facebook corruption
Tarring and feathering appears to have emerged in early America to address the lack of laws
appropriate for the young democracy. Now we have mountains of laws that our judges are not following.
Has our legal system thus become so burdened with inexcusable privilege that it now resembles the
stagnant laws of King George? Is the American citizenry being forced to consider the extra-legal tactics
of earlier times to correct the injustices being perpetrated by corrupt lawyers and judges? Intriguing.
