Founded in 1994, the Skopje-based Davos Invest, Ltd. is a Macedonian engineering & consulting company with demonstrated knowledge in key sectors of the Macedonian economy. Its main areas of focus are engineering, designing, project development, supervision of project implementation, revision of investment projects and investments. Davos project experience, together with its base of associated consultants, allows it to assemble project team with a breath of professional knowledge of the economy sector, especially with regard to the construction and urban planning sectors.

Our diversified team of engineers is fully equipped and experienced to meet the clients’ requirements in the preparation of construction drawings, preliminary designs, specifications, investment project review, as well as feasibility studies and due-diligence, technical assessment and evaluation, design supervision and overall monitoring, technical support and advisory services, database development etc.

All our projects are identified and implemented in close co-operation with the donors, local authorities, and partners. The DAVOS consulting team's depth of project experience serves as an example of our management and project management skills. To emphasize, DAVOS served as project leader for an USAID-sponsored Ecolinks project (Project: Combining Energy Efficiency Measures and Fuel Conversion Measures in Macedonia for Clinical Center Skopje, GRANT AGREEMENT #:EE-AA-00-98-00020-00). Seeking for new approaches and cost-effective solutions for our clients’ project needs and being aware of the permanent needs for knowledge spreading and brainstorming DAVOS team has participated on many courses and trainings. Among the most important trainings gained was the Southeast Europe Enterprise Development SEED training for consultancy practices in supplying investment development services as sub-contract consultants under a SEED brand to support the development of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs) in Republic of Macedonia. This programme was sponsored by World Bank and IFC (International Finance Corporation).

DAVOS Invest’s team was engaged on implementation of important initiative of the European Agency for Reconstruction - EAR and Netherlands Government, where as a subcontractor of the specialized intergovernmental agency – International Management Group has been working on the technical field assessment for rehabilitation of conflict damaged residential houses in Macedonia. By working on this project DAVOS gained knowledge and experience for the sensitivity of work in the crises regions.

Currently DAVOS team of engineers and other technical stuff are being engaged on supervision of construction of the object: Automatic Data Processing and Investigation Center Skopje” for the client Customs Administration of RM under the project name: “Trade and Transport Facilitation in Southeast Europe” sponsored by World Bank.
