As soon as your tenant gives notice to vacate, your photos are online and attracting new tenants within hours. Colour Floor Plan

By having a colour floor plan already prepared and available, prospective tenants can check the size of the rooms and whether their furniture will fit. It even helps the kids choose which bedroom.
