Tetiana started her career as HR Specialist in International IT company Flextronics in 2005. Then she worked asa dedicated HR Manager in GlobalLogic, the Company with over 2000 employees in Ukraine. In 2011 Tetianajoined EPAM as a Senior HR Manager and implemented many of HR initiatives, policies and procedures for thebiggest client - Barclays Capital Bank with over 500 employees. In 2013 she became HR and OperationsDirector of US outsourcing company Universal Mind and successfully launched a subsidiary in Kiev withoperations for a large number of clients. Tetiana founded Do IT Relocation in 2015. Education: a Master'sdegree from Kiev National University of Trade and Economics.

Oleksii started his career as the analyst in the Informational Oil & Gas Research Centre. In 2005 he becameBoard Member of AB Ukrgasprombank. In 2008 Oleksii joined the Asset Management Company of TAS Group– one of the biggest industrial and financial groups in Ukraine, where he was working on financial startup.After holding a position of CEO at Life Insurance Company BlakitniiPolis, Oleksii became serial entrepreneurand launched several startups, including Do IT Relocation & Outsourcing Company. Awards: Top 100managers of financial sector - "Expert Rating". Order of Saint Sophia. Education: Institute of InternationalRelations, HBS.

Olena began her career in 2007 as Associate in Samsung HQ (South Korea) and was responsible for thedevelopment of home appliance market in former CIS countries. In 2009 she joined Samsung Ukraine asMarketing Manager and helped Samsung achieve leadership in Ukrainian Mobile Market. Olena was furtherpromoted to Market Intelligence Manager role in which she managed the team of analysts and wasresponsible for $1.5MM research budget. Olena joined Do IT Relocation in 2015 in the position of COO. Sheholds MBA degree from Sungkyunkwan GSB (South Korea) and Columbia GSB (USA, exchange program).Awards: Samsung Global Scholarship. Fluent in Korean and English languages.

Dr. Hardeep Singh is a senior IT manager with over 20 yeas of experience. He has worked with Tier 1companies Texas Instruments, Cadence Design Systems, Swiss Re, Barclays and UBS. He is an enterprenuer andhas extensive experience in outsourcing and offshoring, He was responsible for offshoring at UBS and Barclays.He built up together with vendors ODC’s in Kiev of 500+ developers from ground up. He holds Ph.D. , M.Sc andB.Sc in Computer Science from University of Iowa, USA and from Monash University, Australia
