    PHYTOCHEMICAL AND NEUROPHYSIOLOGICAL INVESTIGATION OF

PASSIFLORA FOETIDA L. (STINKING PASSION FLOWER) FLOWER

    EXTRACT USING IN VIVO ASSAY.

    STATEMENT OF THE PROBLEM

How many secondary metabolites will be produce after the application of

    the P. foetida flower extracts?

    HYPOTHESIS

The hypothesis of this study is that, the secondary metabolites after

present in the flower extract of P. foetida is the same in the secondary metabolites

    before.

PHYTOREMEDIATION POTENTIAL OF Solanum melongena L.

(EGGPLANT) ON MAGNESIUM AND ZINC CONTAMINATED SOIL

    STATEMENT OF THE PROBLEM

Effects of zinc and magnesium concentration on the growth rate of

eggplant in terms of its height.

    HYPOTHESIS

The concentration of zinc and magnesium in the soil is not correlated to

    the height of the eggplant.

    CONCLUSION

The concentration of zinc and magnesium in the soil is not correlated to

the height of the eggplant. The test of correlation shows that the value of R is -

0.1944 which shows that there is no correlation or negative correlation among the

    two variables.

ANTIBACTERIAL PROPERTY OF SEAWEED EXTRACT (Caulerpa,

Eucheuma and Sargassum) AGAINST THE FOUR IMPORTANT

FOODBORNEPATHOGENS (Pathogenic Escherichia coli, Campylobater jejuni,

    Salmonella enteritiditis & Staphylococcus aureus.

    STATEMENT OF THE PROBLEM

To what extent did the seaweed extracts help reduce the inhibitory zone of

    food-borne pathogens?

    HYPOTHESIS

This study seeks for a positive result in which the seaweed extract from

the Caulerpa, Eucheuma and Sargassum species may have the adequate power to

more or less have an antibacterial property against the said pathogens.

    CONCLUSION

According to the test of correlation between the effects of the Glutathione

level in the concentration of the lead toxicity in the liver of the albino rats show a

high correlation of 0.9956. This value of R shows that there is a positive

correlation between the two variables. Thus, changing the level of Glutathione in

inducing in the liver of the albino rats will lower the lead toxicity of it.
