Manuel V. Martinez Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer
Manuel V. Martinez is Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Windsor Foods and
a member of the board of directors.
Mr. Martinez joined Windsor Foods and predecessor companies in 1997 as a Financial Analyst
and has held a series of increasingly responsible positions as Director of Financial Reporting, VP
& Corporate Controller and EVP & CFO. During his tenure with the company, Mr. Martinez has
overseen a broad range on functional areas including: Finance & Accounting, Information
Technology, Sales, Supply Chain and Human Resources.
During his tenure with the company, Mr. Martinez was instrumental in significantly increasing
shareholder value through highly strategic and synergistic acquisitions, efficient capital allocation
and continued improvements in operating performance. Most recently Mr. Martinez completed
the sale of the company to a large international buyer through a discreet and highly focused
process that minimized any impact to the business and resulted in an optimal outcome for
shareholders. Effective share price increased from $5 to $650 per share, from 2004-2014.

with third party manufacturers that generated $8.0 million in annual savings in a capital efficient manner.
• Oversaw banking relationships, the capital structure and capital allocation process. Effectively refinanced debt to save >$30.0
million in interest expense, support strategic acquisitions and provide operating flexibility.
• Consolidated legacy Information Systems into one ERP, resulting in a scalable IT platform to support organic and strategic growth.
• Implemented formal talent management system to identify, develop and promote talent in support of company’s strategic vision.
