As of December 31, 2019, there were 108 Autograph Collection hotels open and operating in the United States and Canada; of these, 101 were franchised. The data above reflects the performance of the 66 franchised Autograph Collection hotels open for 24 months as of December 31, 2019, for which Smith Travel Research, Inc. has data and which did not undergo material renovations or expansions during the 24 months preceding conversion. Of the 66 hotels, 34 hotels or 51.5% achieved an average occupancy rate equal to or greater than 76.5%; 24 hotels or 36.4% achieved an average daily room rate equal to or greater than $225.23; 27 hotels or 40.9% achieved or exceeded the average RevPAR of $172.40; and 40 hotels or 60.6% achieved an average RevPAR Index equal to or greater than 115.2.
