The pieces are owned by sculptors from around the world and loaned to the exhibit. From May through September, the public votes for The People’s Choice sculpture, and that sculpture is purchased by the City of Sioux Falls. More than 300,000 people visit SculptureWalk each year, with more than 450 sculptures displayed since the event’s inception. Artwork may be purchased after being displayed in SculptureWalk, and many pieces from SculptureWalk are in private collections or donated to public organizations.

This year, SculptureWalk will extend from the sidewalks of downtown Sioux Falls to the hallways of the Washington Pavilion with a new two-day indoor SculptureWalk Expo. The expo will run during installation weekend of the year-long outdoor exhibit.

Finding a place to park is

easy and convenient. Public

parking ramps are accessible

from several major entry

points and range from just

sixty cents an hour up to a flat

fee of just a few dollars during

weekday business hours. Metered
