E-commerce can be like how your salespeople managed your customer relations. With a personal touch, knowing and interpreting the demands of your client. This is also doable in your webshop.Your customers are actually expecting this as they are not speaking less and less with a real person.

Most companies do business both online and off-line. Your clients have multiple ways to be in contact with you. Is your offline and online presence in sync with each other and does not confuse your client.Furthermore, are you able to give your customer a full picture of their customer history (when, how and what they ordered with you) It is all part of a consistent customer experience

As ecommerce becomes more and more mature. As it is an integral component of your business and strategy, you should likewise see that it is not just a project with a deadline.Ecommerce is like making a new business unit, launching of a new line of merchandise.Through its major business impact, it also demands C-level attention, commitment and budget. When you construct a new office C-level is more than involved too.
