Explain how your organizational design is affected by the legislation? 4. What are your thoughts and feelings regarding the legislation? Evidence that may be Gathered In case of inadequately refined information, this research will make use of informal interviews from relevant participants in order to provide sufficient information. Quality Plan Construct Validity – will use multiple sources of evidence Internal Validity – Pattern matching External – Validity – will use replication logic in multiple case studies

The qualitative information will be presented in sections as well as sub-sections in order to give a thematic analysis of the data.

This will help the reader to thoroughly understand the themes of this research as well as the various stages that led to each situation.Integration and triangulation This research will make use of a triangular integration method of multiple sources, which will be analysed and pulled together.Ethics Protocol A strict and brief ethics protocol in gathering information from the population. Consent will firstly be sought from the selected organizations Any irrelevant information from organizations will not be included. Participants, with their consent obtained, will be required to fully answer the posed questions. Interview permission letterInformed consent Permission sought from management within organisations. Participants will be handed a copy of the ethics protocol. Any queries about the study will be resolved.Right to withdraw All participants will be offered the option not to answer queries or to withdraw from the study any time. Participants will be reminded of theirs rights in the interview prior to commencement.Feedback A summary of the research findings will be made available for all participants at the conclusion of the study the contacting a member of the research team, and several copies will be offered to managers for distribution.Confidentiality Transcripts of interviews and other collected data will be kept confidential and only used for research purposes. Participants names will not be included. All information will be reviewed to assess its accuracy Responsibility for the interpretation of data remains with the research team.
