Strength:
Including 1 permanent faculty 6 faculties are Ph.D. holders and more qualified with
SLET/NET and JRF.
They have published books and articles.
Positive & optimistic approach of the teachers and students.
Good result and increasing students strength every year.
More activities for students in literary & co-curricular programmes.
Weakness:
No kannada PG programme in the college.
Lack computer Knowledge among the students.
Inadequate financial support to orange academic programmes.
Opportunities:
They can get admission to Post Graduation Course in Kannada , Bachelor of Education.
They can take competitive Exams like S.D.A.,F.D.A. and K.A.S.
Challenges:
To start P.G. Course in Kannada.
To train them in communication skills in English.
To give more scope in Journalism and mass media.
Future Plans:
