How I created my stop motion project

I created my stop motion project by using a Nikon digital camera.

I used these small children's toys to create my piece.

Each time I took away one character

Then uploaded them on to my computer.

How I created my stop motion project

For inspiration I viewed other stop motion videos on YouTube.

I created new email account to enable me to set up my own blog.

Then created my own blog.

I uploaded my stop motion into slide share.

When we received the task for over the summer we were left to our own devices to come up with our on take on stop motion.

I partnered up with my friend & looked for objects around the

house that we could use.

At first we decided to use fruit as our objects for stop motion.

As you can see fruit is hard to work with because of its rounded base.

From our research of stop motion on YouTube we initially wanted to use Lego. Unfortunately we didn't

possess it.

Building a narrative

At first we wanted the GoGo’s to be having a battle against each other. This proved difficult as we didn’t have any props to use for them to have a battle.

They can’t hold anything to ‘have’ a battle.

So we chose just to move them, rather than getting to complicated.

By using a white table the story was concentrated on the characters (no clutter

distracting the viewers attention)

How did this task enable you to be creative?

Set No kitchen clutter By using simple kitchen objects we were able to create a set.

By using a white table mats we could block out the background from around the table

When we received the task for over the summer we were left to our own devices to come up with our on take on stop motion. This was hard because we had no indication to what we could use and not use. By having already done a stop motion in L6 I found it easy to do.
