Ownership of the Multimedia Product

Use of the Multimedia Product

Termination of the Licence

Garantie

Ubisoft a apport ce Produit Multimdia tout son savoir-faire en matire de loisirs interactifs pour garantir lUtilisateur une entire satisfaction et de nombreuses heures de divertissement.Si toutefois, dans les quatre-vingt-dix (90) jours suivant la date d achat du Produit Multimdia ou tout autre dlai de garantie plus long prvu par la lgislation applicable, celui-ci s avrait dfectueux dans des conditions normales d utilisation, Ubisoft s engage procder un change aux conditions dfinies ci-aprs.Pass ce dlai, Ubisoft accepte dchanger le Produit Multimdia dfectueux moyennant une participation forfaitaire de 15,24 Euros par Produit Multimdia.

Se autoriza al Usuario a utilizar el Producto Multimedia de acuerdo con las instrucciones proporcionadas en el manual o en el embalaje del Producto Multimedia.La Licencia se entiende nicamente en el marco de uso personal.Est prohibido:Realizar copias del Producto MultimediaExplotar comercialmente el Producto MultimediaRealizar un uso contrario a las buenas costumbres y leyes en vigorModificar el Producto Multimedia o crear cualquier trabajo derivado de lTransmitir el Producto Multimedia va la red telefnica o cualquier otro medio electrnico, salvo en el transcurso de partidas entre varios jugadores en redesautorizadasCrear o distribuir niveles y/o escenarios no autorizadosDecompilar, realizar ingeniera inversa o desintegrar el Producto Multimedia.El Usuario no puede vender, sublicenciar, alquilar el Producto Multimedia a un tercero.El Usuario no puede transferir el Producto Multimedia ms que si el destinatario acepta las clusulas y condiciones de la Licencia. En este caso, el Usuario se compromete a transferir todos los componentes y documentos relacionados con el Producto Multimedia. Se compromete tambin a eliminar toda copia del Producto Multimedia de su ordenador. En ese caso, esta licencia queda rescindida inmediata y automt

Rescisin de la Licencia

La Licencia entra en vigor desde el momento en que se usa el Producto Multimediapor primera vez.Quedar rescindida automticamente por Ubisoft, sin necesidad de notificacin expresa,en caso de que el Usuario no respete las clusulas y condiciones de la Licencia.23-

Garanta

Cuando se ponga en contacto con nosotros es importante que tenga anotada toda lainformacin posible sobre la mquina que est usando: la versin del sistema operativo,el CD-ROM, cantidad de memoria, tipo de procesador (fabricante, modelo y velocidad), mdem instalado (para preguntas relacionadas con Internet). Si no est segurode su configuracin, pulse en el icono Mi PC y busque las Propiedades.Servicios de soporte:Puede contactar con el Servicio al Cliente de Ubisoft a travs del telfono, fax o e-mail. Cuando llame, por favor tenga toda la informacin a mano.Ubisoft garantiza al comprador original del Producto Multimedia que el disco (CD) incluido en el producto no debe presentar ningn defecto en un uso normal.Si durante un periodo de noventa das (90) desde la fecha de compra que aparezca en la factura, u otro periodo de garanta mayor proporcionado por la legislacin pertinente, el disco presente algn defecto, la responsabilidad de Ubisoft y su nica indemnizacin consistir, a eleccin de Ubisoft en: el reembolso del precio pagado ola reparacin o el reemplazo del software que no cumpla con la garanta limitada deUbisoft y sea devuelto a Ubisoft junto con una copia del recibo de compra en supaquete original y una explicacin del defectoPor favor, devuelva cualquier Producto Multimedia defectuoso junto con el manualy la tarjeta de registro, si an no nos la ha enviado. Por favor, indique su nombre completo y direccin (incluyendo el cdigo postal), as como la fecha y lugar de compra. Tambin puede cambiar el Producto Multimedia en el lugar en el que lo adquiri.Si nos es devuelto un disco en su paquete original sin una prueba de compra y una explicacin del defecto o bien despus de que haya expirado el periodo de garanta,Ubisoft podr, a su eleccin, reparar el Producto Multimedia o reemplazarlo, con uncoste para el Usuario. Esta garanta no es vlida si el disco ha sido daado por negligencia, accidente o mal uso, o si ha sido modificado despus de su adquisicin.24-

Lmites de la garanta

El Usuario reconoce expresamente que el uso del Producto Multimedia se realiza bajo su exclusiva responsabilidad.El Producto Multimedia se suministra tal cual. El Usuario asume todos los gastosde reparacin y/o correccin del Producto Multimedia.Dentro de los lmites impuestos por la Ley, Ubisoft rechaza cualquier garanta relacionada con el valor venal del Producto Multimedia, la satisfaccin del Usuario o su aptitud a responder a un uso determinado.El Usuario asume todos los riesgos derivados de una prdida de beneficios, prdida de datos, errores, prdida de informacin comercial o cualquier otro que se derive dela posesin del Producto Multimedia o de su utilizacin.

Algunas legislaciones no permiten la limitacin de garanta antes citada, por lo quees posible que sta no sea aplicable al Usuario.25-

Responsabilidad

En ningn caso, Ubisoft se hace responsable de cualquier perjuicio directo, indirecto, accidental, especial, accesorio o cualquier otro que se generare con motivodel uso o imposibilidad de uso, as como de la posesin o del mal funcionamiento del Producto Multimedia y ello incluso en el caso que Ubisoft hubiera sido advertido de la eventualidad de tal perjuicio.
