Case Sample #2:  The children are with a relative

foster parent.  Mother privately told her attorney

that Father beats her up when intoxicated.

 Mother wants to leave Father but is scared.

 The foster parent told the PPW that sometimes Father is intoxicated at visits in the foster home.
