taking into consideration the low internal and exposure doses.

Objectives of HRKD Initiative

HRKD is a crucial area for countries utilizing or planning to introduce nuclear

energy power. In order to solve various national-level issues related to HRKD

(education, training, knowledge management, public relations, etc.) the close

cooperation among all of the relevant organizations in the government, the

academia, and the industry is of key importance;

• To share and discuss the approaches

taken to obtaining and allocating

appropriate human and financial

resources to organize and run

appropriate projects in each network;

4.3 ACTIVITIES OF THE NETWORK AND SUB-WORKING GROUPS

Quality and motivation of the secretariat is important to enhance the network activity.

Secretary should be structured based on followings.

1. To list up all potential members of the network

2. To list up people potentially responsible for each project

3. To make clearer how to finance each project

4. To make clearer how many number of staff the secretariat needs and how to recruit

them

5. To schedule the first general steering meeting to discuss the ideas above

6. Sub working groups should be established for each project (for each problem)

Expected outcome is that the problems to be solved efficiently and effectively
