My doctor said to me that I need to eat 1500 daily calories to be healthy, and to distribute the half in the breakfast, a quarter in the dinner and the rest during the course of the day. I practice capoeira and it is a very complete sport, with all the movements and exercises that we made, I burn a great quantity of calories, and for this reason I can eat between show restraints without it damages to me. The general recommendations when it you eat to eating healthy plough: 55 to 60 % carbs, 20 to 25 % lipids and 15 to 20 % proteins. I treat of that quite this balanced, that is to say 50 % carbs, 25 % lipids and 25 % proteins. Regularly in the breakfast like sweet bread or cookies with a glass of milk and a glass of juice (the bread and the juice are the carbohydrates and proteins whereas the milk they are the lipids and proteins), in the college as regularly an apple, later in the food commonly as chicken or noodles with a glass of refreshment and salad (the chicken and the noodles are the carbohydrates, the refreshment are carbohydrates and few ones proteins and lipids and the salad are the proteins of my diet), in the dinner I eat egg with chokomilk ( there are my lipids and some carbohydrates). Since can see the majority of my food they have carbohydrates and it is for q I need from a lot of energy to expire with my daily routine, but not always I expire with the estimated, sometimes I forgot to have for breakfast or me as someone that another thing of more, but I try that it does not happen sometimes not to lose the balance. Obviously the weekends like plugs or someone that another thing in the street but is once per week and does not affect me in my diet.

In conclusion, I think that the Mexicans and the other people most be of bearing in mind very what they eats since the excess of food can lead to taking several diseases as the diabetes or hypertension, and be you consent of that Mexico is the country with major obesity in the world and with a good nourishment and exercise, to be more healthy and to have a better quality of life. With this also I realized that I consume many carbohydrates for the high consumption of energy that I realize every day.
