The objective in Synthesis is to translate what we’ve heard from your

customers and gathered from our observations into frameworks,

opportunities, and solutions. Sifting through hundreds of data we move

together with you from analysis: finding patterns and areas of

opportunity and need to ideation: producing a plethora of potential new

solutions. !

Prototype

Finally, once our team has come up with many desirable solutions, it’s

now time to realize those solutions into one that feasibly fits your

innovative business mission and transforms your service experience
